Abstract: Disclosed is a 5G or pre-5G communication system for supporting a data transmission rate higher than that of a 4G communication system such as LTE. According to the present disclosure, a method of a terminal in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving downlink control information (DCI); confirming whether the DCI is uplink DCI for an uplink or downlink DCI for a downlink; and transmitting, through an uplink control channel or an uplink data channel, uplink control information (UCI) according to the confirmation result.

An operating method of a reception device in a wireless communication system includes: receiving a signal transmitted through a plurality of antennas of a transmission device; determining an initial symbol vector based on the signal; determining a first candidate symbol vector based on a plurality of solution vectors which are obtained by a search on the initial symbol vector; determining a second candidate symbol vector by flipping at least one symbol value of the first candidate symbol vector; and determining a symbol vector transmitted from the transmission device based on at least a portion of the second candidate symbol vector.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fifth generation (5G) or pre-5G system to be provided to support a higher data transmission rate since fourth generation (4G) communication systems like long term evolution (LTE). A system and method for compensating phase noise of a terminal in support of the system is provided. The method includes measuring first channel state information (CSI) using a reference signal transmitted from a base station, estimating second CSI from the first CSI using a first type reference signal for compensating a common phase error (CPE) and a second type reference signal for compensating the CPE and inter carrier interference (ICI), and feeding back the estimated second CSI to the base station.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for selecting and allocating a transmission beam index having a priority. Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for setting a beam mode of a base station in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: selecting the beam mode for at least one terminal, which is serviced by the base station, on the basis of a channel state of a transmission beam or a reception beam of the base station; transmitting, to the terminal, a control message including selected beam mode information; and performing data communication with the terminal by using the transmission beam and the reception beam corresponding to the selected mode. In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a communication method of the terminal in the wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: receiving a beam mode setting message from the base station; setting either a beam fixation mode or a beam sweeping mode on the basis of the received beam mode setting message; and performing data communication with the base station on the basis of the set mode.
