    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The present invention is a method for transmitting, by a transmitter, a signal in order to efficiently transmit the signal so that heterogeneous services can coexist, the method comprising the steps of: confirming whether a signal to be transmitted is a first signal or a second signal; if the signal to be transmitted is the first signal, transmitting the first signal to a receiver by applying puncturing in a resource region in which the first signal is transmitted and in a resource region overlapping with the second signal; and if the signal to be transmitted is the second signal, applying a phase rotation to the second signal and transmitting the second signal.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a 5G or pre-5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data transfer rate following a 4G communication system such as LTE. To accomplish the objective mentioned above, a method for transmitting and receiving a signal at a terminal in the mobile communication system according to one embodiment of the present application comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, a reference signal generated on the basis of a first filter; determining channel information on the basis of the received reference signal; transmitting the determined channel information to the base station; receiving, from the base station, information related to a second filter determined on the basis of the channel information; and receiving, from the base station, a data signal on the basis of the second filter. According to an embodiment of the present application, it is possible to maximize the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) while minimizing spectral interference in the event of multiuser connection, by using a prototype filter application method and system structure.
