摘要: According to some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device comprises receiving a wireless signal Rk over all subcarriers allocated to the wireless device. The signal Rk comprises a phase tracking reference signal (PT-RS) on a subset of subcarriers allocated to the wireless device and the subset comprises at least one non-contiguous subcarrier. The method further comprises computing a de-inter-carrier interference (ICI) filter based on the PT-RS and a channel estimate using a convolutional matrix CR of the received signal Rk and applying the de-ICI filter to the received signal Rk to generate a de-ICI filtered signal.

摘要: A method, system and apparatus for low complexity intercarrier interference (ICI) compensation algorithms and cyclic block phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) sequence design are disclosed. According to one aspect, a method in a network node includes generating a PTRS, having a PTRS sequence that is configured to lower a complexity of an ICI compensation algorithm. According to another aspect, a method in a wireless device (WD) includes determining an ICI compensation algorithm based at least in part on a PTRS having a PTRS sequence, and applying the determined ICI compensation algorithm to compensate for ICI.

摘要: Described are methods for dealing with phase noise, e.g., common phase error and/or inter-carrier interference, in communication systems, and apparatuses for the same. A method can include at least: transmitting one or more reference signals (in-band signals within a channel); and mapping the reference signals to radio resources in the channel for transmission of the reference signals. An amount of the radio resources may depend on, e.g., information about a modulation and coding scheme used for transmission. An associated method can include at least: receiving one or more reference signals, and mapping the reference signals to radio resources in the channel for reception of the reference signals; receiving information about a modulation and coding scheme to be used, an amount of the radio resources depending on, e.g., information about the modulation and coding scheme used for reception; and using the reference signals to compensate for phase noise.
