A handover method in a mobile CCN. In the method, when detecting a UE performing a handover, a source local CCNx node caches data directed to the UE. The source local CCNx node transmits a request to stop transmission of the data directed to the UE to a target local CCNx node based on a condition. The target local CCNx node requests the source local CCNx node to stop transmission of contents that are being cached. The source local CCNx node transmits cached contents to the target local CCNx node. The target local CCNx node requests a CCNx entry node to stop transmission of specific contents based on a condition. The CCNx entry node transmits contents to the target local CCNx node. When detecting, the UE completing the handover, the target local CCNx node transmits the contents received from the CCNx entry node to the UE.

At least one recovery session is opened a preset time after a time-out occurs in an original session, and whether link recovery is achieved after the at least one recovery session is opened and before a preset maximum wait time elapses is monitored. If the link recovery is achieved, a transmission speed is recovered according to a scenario corresponding to a time when the link recovery is achieved.

The method of operating the terminal in the wireless communication system may include the processes of comparing pre-stored domain name service (DNS) cache information with DNS inquiry information in a DNS inquiry if the DNS inquiry on a host is received from a uniform resource locator (URL) protocol handler, and transmitting internet protocol (IP) address information corresponding to the host to the URL protocol handler according to a compared result.
