    摘要: A probe card treatment method, which is applicable on a probe card comprising multiple probe needles, is described. A thermal treatment is conducted on the probe card by placing the probe card in a closed heating device, wherein the temperature of the thermal treatment is enough to restore the elasticity and the planarity of the probe needles without softening the probe card. The probe card and the probe needles thereon are then rapidly cooled by cool air such that the elasticity of the probe needles is retained and the lifetime of the probe needles is extended.

    摘要: In a semiconductor test equipment, in which test probes are placed into contact with bonding pads of semiconductor chips on a semiconductor wafer, an adjustment tool for adjusting the position of the test probes is disclosed. The adjustment tool comprises a cylindrical base portion, a triangular intermediate portion, and a flat, rectangular tip portion. The tool is preferably formed of used test probes comprised of tungsten. The tool is plated with a titanium nitride layer to increase the life of the tool.

    摘要: A method for forming images including a) depositing an electrostatic latent image on a charge retentive surface of a photoreceptor member having a substrate; a charge transport layer with charge transport materials; and an overcoat layer positioned on the charge transport layer, wherein the overcoat layer includes a crosslinkable alcohol-soluble polyamide; and wherein the overcoat layer further includes additives having titanium dioxide, silica, a crosslinking agent, a deletion control agent, and a charge transport molecule; and b) applying a developer material via a development component to the charge-retentive surface to develop the electrostatic latent image to form a developed image on the charge-retentive surface, wherein the developer material comprises emulsion aggregation toner, and further wherein at least one of the additives create a texturized surface on the charge retentive surface thereby reducing the contact area between the emulsion aggregation toners and the charge retentive surface enabling increased cleaning of toners.
