摘要： A TAC, a solvent, and additives are supplied into a mixing tank to obtain a mixture liquid, which is fed to a heating device by a pump for heating to 90° C. Then the mixture liquid is fed through a first static mixer to obtain a lower concentration dope. Since being prepared by feeding through the first static mixer, the lower concentration dope is excellent in uniformity. Then the lower concentration dope is heated under a high pressure, and then discharged in to a flash tank. Thus the lower concentration dope is enriched to a higher concentration dope, which is fed out from the flash tank. After the control of the temperature, the higher concentration dope is fed through a second static mixer to be uniform.

摘要： A winged angled needle assembly has a hub to which a proximal end portion of an angled needle having a sharpened tip portion is joined and a pair of wings attached to both sides of the hub and further includes a fixing member attached so as to support the wings and an extensible, contractible needle guard disposed between the hub and the fixing member so as to connect these two members. The guard extends in the direction from the proximal end portion to the sharpened tip portion of the angled needle when extended, so that the tip portion can be encased in said guard simultaneously with pulling the angled needle out of an implanted port. The guard has an exposure prevention mechanism attached thereto and is externally stopped, so that the sharpened tip portion is kept from exposing once it is encased in the guard. The angled needle can have a length as required regardless of the length of the wings. The fixing member supports the wings opened to be coplanar with each other, serves to stably fix the winged angled needle assembly to an implanted port in an installed state and also works as a support for pulling the angled needle out of the port, so that the winged angled needle assembly can minimize the mental stress of a patient.

摘要： A dope is prepared by quickly and completely dissolving a polymer in a solvent. The solvent is supplied from a solvent tank to a solution tank. A measuring apparatus measures 15 to 20% by weight of a polymer with respect to the solvent and feeds the polymer to the solution tank. 5 to 15% by weight of a plasticizer with respect to the polymer is fed from a plasticizer tank to the solution tank. Stirring is carried out at 80 rpm for 30 minutes using a stirring blade in the solution tank so as to obtain a roughly dissolved solution. The roughly dissolved solution is heated at 85° C. for 10 minutes with a heater, so that all components necessary for a dope are dissolved, and only impurities are filtrated with a filtration filter. This filtrate is supplied to a dope tank, and it is used as a dope which is used in production of a film by solution film processing. A film produced from the dope has a retardation of 40 nm, and the film has little optical anisotropy and excellent optical performances.

摘要： A leak detector sequentially emits pulse signals toward a human body at a position at which a needle is inserted, detects pulse signals reflected inside of the human body, and measures a time interval between the emission and the detection for each of the pulse signals. The leak detector then calculates the difference between the measured interval and a predetermined time interval, and generates a leak warning for notification when the difference exceeds an acceptable range. Since a swelling on the surface of the human body causes a path of the pulse signal to extend, the leak detector can detect, based on the extended signal path, that the needle has come off a blood vessel.

摘要： The mixture solvent of dichlorimethane type, the TAC and the plasticizer are supplied into a dissolution tank, and stirred therein with a stirrer to obtain a dispersing solution. The dispersing solution is fed into a storing tank and further stirred therein. Then the dispersing solution is fed by a pump to a heat exchanger for the heating, and thereafter the stirring is made with a static mixer. The temperatures of the dope is measured at many measuring points. On the basis of the temperature distribution, the heat transmission conditions of the heat exchanger are adjusted. Then the dope is fed to a heat exchanger for cooling, to cool to at most the normal boiling point of the dope. Then the mixing is made with a static mixer. Thus the obtained dope is uniform.
