摘要： A filament lamp that allows independent control of the state of luminescence of multiple filaments and that reliably prevents the occurrence of unwanted discharge between adjacent portions of neighboring filaments, even when a high voltage is injected into the filaments to achieve a desired irradiation distribution, and light-irradiation-type heat treatment device that can heat the article to be treated uniformly. The filament lamp has multiple filament assemblies, each having a filament and respective leads arrangement sequentially within a light emitting bulb, in the axial direction of the light emitting bulb. With alternating current power supplied to each filament independently, the current will be supplied with the same phase and mutually adjacent terminals of neighboring filament assemblies will have the same potential, and with direct current power supplied to each filament independently, adjacent terminals of neighboring filament assemblies will be of the same polarity. The light-irradiation-type heat treatment device uses multiple filament lamps of this type.

摘要： A nitride semiconductor laser device includes, on a first principle face of the (0001) of a nitride semiconductor substrate, a nitride semiconductor layer having a first conductivity type, an active layer, and a nitride semiconductor layer having a second conductivity type that is different from the first conductivity type, and being formed a stripe ridge on the surface thereof. The (000-1) face and an inclined face other than the (000-1) face are exposed on a second principal face of the nitride semiconductor substrate. The inclined face other than the (000-1) face represents no less than 0.5% over the surface area of the second principal face.

摘要： A digital camera contains a circuit board and a battery box inside a housing. The housing and the battery box are made of plastic. The housing is fixed to the battery box with a tapping screw. A conductive plate for preventing the tapping screw from being charged is arranged between the housing and the battery box. Projections of the conductive plate penetrate into thread grooves of the tapping screw. The conductive plate transmits static electricity of the tapping screw to a grounding member of the circuit board.

摘要： In a vehicle seat lock, an operating knob is provided at the top of the seat back of a chair. The operating knob is joined to the inner end of the bell crank at the lower end. The bell crank is pivotally secured to a bracket in the seat back. The outer end of the bell crank has the first and second elongate openings. The upper end of the first connecting rod slidably engages in the first elongate opening, and the upper end of the second connecting rod slidably engages in the second elongate opening. The lower end of the first connecting rod is coupled to a sensing member which detects invasion of the striker. The lower end of the second connecting rod is coupled to an opening lever which allows a hook member to disengage from a striker fixed to the vehicle body.
