    摘要: A radiotherapy device control apparatus controlling a radiotherapy device, includes a reference image creation section; a transmitted image creation section and an affected area position control section. The radiotherapy device includes a therapeutic radiation irradiation device radiating therapeutic radiation, an imager generating an image of a subject by using radiation transmitted through the subject, and a drive device moving a couch, where the subject is arranged, with respect to the therapeutic radiation irradiation device. The reference image creation section collects a reference image taken by the imager. The transmitted image creation section takes a transmitted image of the subject by the imager. The affected area position control section judge whether a relative position of the couch with respect to the therapeutic radiation irradiation device is appropriate based on a position where a characteristic point of the subject is displayed in the transmitted image and a position where the characteristic point is displayed in the reference image. The affected area position control section changes the relative position of the couch by using the drive device based on the first position and the second position.

    摘要: A radiotherapy apparatus control method according to the present invention includes: a step S6 of calculating rotational and first translational correction amounts based on a position and orientation of a first region represented by a radioscopic image of a subject; and a step S9 of calculating a second translational correction amount based on a position and orientation of the second region represented by the radioscopic image and the rotational correction amount; and a step S10 of driving a couch so that it rotates by the rotational correction amount and translates by the second translational correction amount. The first region is larger than the second region. According to such a method, the second region can be arranged in a predetermined position at higher accuracy compared with a case where the position of the couch is adjusted by using the position and orientation of only one of the first and second regions.

According to the radiation tomography method, the X-ray image imaged with the further accurately arranged radiation can be obtained even in a case where the traveling gantry deflects depending on the gantry angle at which the traveling gantry is arranged, and thus the three-dimensional data can be obtained more accurately.

    摘要: A radiotherapy device control apparatus includes: a template matching section; an affected area position calculating section; and an irradiation position control section. The radiotherapy device control apparatus controls a radiotherapy device. The radiotherapy device includes: a therapeutic radiation irradiation device radiating therapeutic radiation, and an imager generating an imager image of a subject by using radiation transmitted through the subject. The template matching section calculates degree of coincidence when a pattern matching is executed on the imager image with a plurality of image templates in which positional relations between an object area and a non-object area of the subject are different, and selects a specified image template having the degree of coincidence within a predetermined range from the plurality of image templates. The affected area position calculating section calculates a position of the object area by using the specified image template. The irradiation position control section judges whether a relative position of the object area with respect to the therapeutic radiation irradiation device. The irradiation position control section moves one of the therapeutic radiation irradiation device and a couch with the subject by using a drive device provided with the radiotherapy device such that the object area is irradiated with the therapeutic radiation.
