摘要: Images obtained by a camera system (10) arranged to obtain images of a patient (20) undergoing radio-therapy are processed by a modeling unit (56,58) which generates a model of the surface of a patient (20) being monitored. Additionally the patient monitoring system processes image data not utilized to generate a model of the surface of a patient being monitored to determine further information concerning the treatment of the patient (20). Such additional data can comprise data identifying the relative location of the patient and a treatment apparatus (16). This can be facilitated by providing a number or retro-reflective markers (30-40) on a treatment apparatus (16) and a mechanical couch (18) used to position the patient (20) relative to the treatment apparatus (16) and monitoring the presence and location of the markers in the portions of the images obtained by the stereoscopic camera (10).

摘要: A control method for positioning is provided, which is applicable to a radiotherapy system. The method includes: acquiring a plurality of first body surface coordinates of a target site in a three-dimensional body surface image of a treatment object on a treatment couch; acquiring a plurality of second body surface coordinates under an isocentric coordinate system by transforming the first body surface coordinates using a target transformation matrix corresponding to the first placement position; determining, based on the plurality of second body surface coordinates and a contour image of the target site in the treatment plan, a placement offset of the target site, so as to control the treatment couch to move until the placement offset of the target site upon the movement meets a target offset requirement.

摘要: A computer-implemented method of performing a radiation therapy process includes: while a patient is disposed in a first position and maintains a first inspiration level, acquiring a set of projection images of a target volume associated with the patient; based on a treatment planning digital volume associated with the radiation therapy process and the set of projection images, generating a synthetic digital volume that includes the target volume; based on a treatment plan associated with the treatment planning digital volume and on the synthetic digital volume, generating a modified treatment fraction; and while the patient remains in the first position and maintains at least the first inspiration level, performing the modified treatment fraction.

摘要: A medical image processing method, performed by a computer, for measuring the spatial location of a point on the surface of a patient's body including: acquiring at least two two-dimensional image datasets, wherein each two-dimensional image dataset represents a two-dimensional image of at least a part of the surface which comprises the point, and wherein the two-dimensional images are taken from different and known viewing directions; determining the pixels in the two-dimensional image datasets which show the point on the surface of the body; and calculating the spatial location of the point from the locations of the determined pixels in the two-dimensional image datasets and the viewing directions of the two-dimensional images; wherein the two-dimensional images are thermographic images.

The plurality of imaging sources may be configured to deliver a plurality of imaging beams toward the object. At least two of the plurality of imaging sources may share the detector. The detector may be configured to detect at least two of the plurality of imaging beams. The detected at least two imaging beams may be emitted by different imaging sources of the at least two imaging sources.

摘要: A camera assembly for use in medical tracking applications having a range camera and a thermographic camera in a fixed relative position. The range camera is configured to acquire a first image of an object at a first instant of time and a second image at a second instant of time. The thermographic camera is configured to acquire a first thermal image of the object at the first instant and a second thermal image at the second instant. A processor identifies at least one point pair in the first thermal image and the second thermal image. The at least one point pair is mapped to corresponding point pairs associated with the first image and the second image. Movement of the object is determined based on the mapping.
