    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of fabricating a metal composite strip, and specifically relates to a method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller and a device thereof. A method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller comprises steps of: S1: preparing a metal strip to be bonded, and performing surface treatment on the metal strip to be bonded; S2: frictionally heating the metal strip to be bonded by several sets of friction roller heating devices; measuring a surface temperature of the friction-heated metal strip to be bonded strip by a temperature detector; according to a measured temperature, adjusting a rotation speed of the friction roller in the friction roller heating devices; and S3: transporting the heated metal strip to be bonded to a rolling mill for rolling to obtain a metal composite strip. The invention adopts the friction roller heating devices in rolling process of the metal strip to be bonded, utilizes the friction heat generation effect of the high-speed rotating friction roller and the metal strip to be bonded, and generates different heat in the dissimilar metals by adjusting the speed of the friction roller, thereby generating different temperature rise to realize different temperature rolling of the metal composite strips.

    Abstract: A temperature demodulation method oriented toward a distributed fiber Raman temperature sensing system, the method comprising the following steps: step 1 of constructing a high-precision temperature detection device oriented towards a distributed fiber Raman sensing system; step 2 of performing signal processing with respect to Stokes light and anti-Stokes light at a calibration stage; step 3 of performing signal processing with respect to Stokes light and the anti-Stokes light at a measurement stage; and step 4 of obtaining a high-precision temperature demodulation technique oriented toward the distributed fiber Raman sensor. The method is used to effectively resolve the issue of low temperature measuring accuracy caused by Rayleigh crosstalk in existing distributed fiber Raman temperature measurement systems, and temperature measurement accuracy thereof is expected to fall within ±0.1° C. The method is applicable to distributed fiber Raman temperature measurement systems.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a corrugated-flat rolling composite method for a steel/aluminum/aluminum alloy laminated composite plate. According to the method, a steel/aluminum laminated composite plate with a good plate shape and a firmly bonded interface is prepared, the corrugated cold rolling with a large thickness ratio is utilized to enhance the deformation of the interface to be bonded, and the deformation of constituent metals is coordinated to solve the problem that the steel-aluminum interface is not deformed. Then the deformation of constituents is coordinated by the interfacial corrugated-flat hot rolling to achieve the bonding of aluminum and aluminum alloy surfaces and prepare a high-performance steel/aluminum/aluminum alloy laminated composite plate. Taking the advantage that the interface oxidation has little effect on the bonding of aluminum and aluminum alloy, the problem of anti-oxidation in the composite process is eliminated, thereby the problem of low interfacial bonding strength is solved due to a fact that the interfacial shear becomes weak and the interfacial bonding mainly depends on the hot-press action when the steel and aluminum bonding surface approaches the neutral layer in the rolling process of a steel/aluminum/aluminum alloy laminated composite plate with a thickness more than 4 mm, and the problem of uncoordinated deformation is solved due to the large difference in the properties of steel, aluminum and aluminum alloy.

    Abstract: A rolling device capable of applying horizontal vibration for metal clad plates includes two symmetrically arranged support frames, an upper roller and a lower roller both of which are provided between the two support frames and parallel to each other, four bearing seats which are fixed with two ends of the upper roller and two ends of the lower roller respectively, and four horizontal vibration apparatuses which are provided outside the four bearing seats respectively for driving the upper roller and the lower roller to horizontally vibrate. Every horizontal vibration apparatus includes an exciting hydraulic cylinder and a damper. One end of the exciting hydraulic cylinder and one end of the damper are fixedly connected with two sides of one of the four bearing seats respectively. Every horizontal vibration apparatus is provided outside one of the four bearing seats.
