    摘要: A pin heterojunction photovoltaic element which generates photoelectromotive force by the junction of a p-type semiconductor layer, an i-type semiconductor layer and an n-type semiconductor layer, characterized in that at least one of said p-type and n-type semiconductor layers comprises a polycrystal semiconductor film comprised of aluminum atoms (Al), arsenic atoms (As), hydrogen atoms (H), optionally fluorine atoms (F), and atoms (M) of a p-type or n-type dopant element, said polycrystal semiconductor film contains crystal grains of an average size in the range of 50 to 800 .ANG., and said polycrystal semiconductor film contains the hydrogen atoms (H) in an amount of 0.5 to 7 atomic %; said i-type comprises either (a) a non-single crystal semiconductor film containing silicon atoms (Si) as a matrix and at least one kind of atoms selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atoms (H) and fluorine atoms (F) or (b) a non-single crystal semiconductor film containing silicon atoms (Si) as a matrix, at least one kind of atoms selected from the group consisting of carbon atoms (C) and germanium atoms (Ge), and at least one kind of atoms selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atoms (H) and fluorine atoms (F).

    摘要: An object in a virtual reality space is made perform complicated movements. A user (or a keeper) who controls an object (or a pet) in a virtual reality space enters a command at the client terminal of the user by means of chat operation. The entered command is sent to a server. The server has a table listing the relationship between commands and movements to be performed by the object in the virtual reality space. For example, the relation is between command “Jump” and movement of jumping. The server interprets the received command by referencing this table. The interpretation result is sent to the client terminal. On the client terminal, the object (the pet) in the virtual reality space performs complicated movements such as dancing according to the received interpretation result.

A dependency relationship is shown between an operation constituting the business and resources necessary to continue the operation. Scenario information holds the recovery time required for a recovery when the predetermined event occurs for each of the resources. Measure information holds measures for reducing the recovery time and effects of the respective measures for each of the resources. Paths connecting a highest node to a terminal node of the resources included in the operation element related information are extracted according to the dependency relationship; and the combination of measures are selected so that a recovery time sum of the respective resources is equal to or shorter than the time objective on all the paths extracted by the resource path extraction procedure.

    摘要: A terminal has a storage means for storing identification information, a transmitting means for transmitting the identification information stored in the storage means to a server, and a receiving means for receiving the identification information transmitted from the server. If no identification information is stored in the storage means, the terminal transmits information thereof to the server. The terminal receives identification information corresponding to predetermined information transmitted from the server in response to the information indicating that no identification information is stored in the storage means and stores the identification information received by the receiving means into the storage means. When an access is made from the terminal without accompanying identification information, the server generates identification information corresponding to predetermined information and registers the generated identification information to be provided to the terminal. Consequently, the user can received predetermined services from the server without inputting user identification information into the terminal.
