    摘要: A mobile station apparatus in a CDMA/TDD mobile communication system employs a communication frame including a plurality of time slots. The time slots include a plurality of forward link time slots, disposed at regular intervals in the communication frame and assigned a common control channel. The time slots further include time slots other than the plurality of forward link time slots, divided into reverse link time slots and forward link time slots according to an amount of information on a forward link and on a reverse link. The mobile station apparatus includes a receiver that receives the communication frame including the plurality of time slots. A measurer measures individual reception qualities of the plurality of forward link time slots in the received communication frame including the forward link time slots assigned the common control channel. A weighter assigns a weight to each measured reception quality of the plurality of forward time slots. A transmission power controller performs transmission power control for reverse link time slots according to individual reception qualities of weighted forward link time slots.

As a result, the CRN detection is not time-consuming, double reservation can be kept to a minimum, and QoS failure can be avoided. The technology includes a step of deciding, by a mobile node 10, a network layer, among a plurality of network layers overlapping such as to be nested, up to which the process for detecting the CRN is performed and deciding a number of layers from the outermost network layer of the plurality of network layers to the decided network layer, and a step of generating a message including information on the decided number of layers.

    摘要: The present invention provides a new technique on a crossover node detecting method and the like, by which a mobile terminal (mobile node) to perform a handover can quickly find out CRN so that the mobile terminal can quickly and continuously receive additional services, which the mobile node has been receiving before the handover, even after the handover. According to this technique, the crossover node detecting method comprises a step where a mobile node 10 compares an address suitable for a subnet constituted by an access router, to which another access point is connected, with an address suitable for a subnet constituted by an access router where an access point currently communicating is connected, and extracts a common address portion, a step where the mobile node transmits a message containing the extracted common address portion to a terminal 60 of its own communication destination, and a step where a relay apparatus with ability to decipher the message on a communication network of hierarchical structure positioned between said mobile node and said terminal at communication destination judges whether the relay apparatus itself is a crossover node or not according to the message.

According to the technique, when a mobile terminal (MN 100) establishes a QoS path using NSIS to a corresponding node (CN 124) on different types of data communication paths, a signaling message including information (MIE) representing the path type is created and transmitted. Each node (QNE) with an NSIS QoS function, which has received the message, identifies a plurality of QoS paths by comparing the MIE, a session identifier and a flow identifier, and performs processing of the QoS paths according to control information (CI) from MNs or/and the policy which the QNE has.

    摘要: A mobile communication system wherein the upstream radio channel interference of a macrocell connection terminal with a femtocell base station can be reduced while the consumption of radio resources caused by increase in signaling is being suppressed. The macrocell connection terminal (401) performs, based on an instruction from a macrocell base station (402), an upstream channel transmission and further reports a peripheral-femtocell detection result obtained by a measuring unit to the macrocell base station. The macrocell base station (402) instructs the terminal to perform a peripheral-femtocell detection. The identifier of the terminal and the peripheral-femtocell detection result obtained by the terminal are transmitted to a network management apparatus (404). An interference reduction instruction (frequency band allocation) and the identifier of the terminal to be interference-controlled are received from the network management apparatus, and the frequency band allocation in the upstream channel transmission of the terminal to be interference-controlled is so controlled as to satisfy the interference reduction instruction.
