A system is described herein, including an activation circuit configured to generate a signal indicative of an alarm condition. A residual current device trigger circuit is coupled to the activation circuit and a residual current device. The residual current device trigger circuit is configured to provide a simulated earth leakage current condition to trigger the residual current device on receiving the signal indicative of the alarm condition.

A compound useful for reducing fouling in a hydrocarbon refining process is provided. A method for preparing the compound includes hydrohalogenating a polymer having a vinyl chain end to obtain a halogen-containing terminal group, and reacting the terminal group with a polyamine. Methods of using the compound and compositions thereof are also provided.

The present invention introduces system, apparatus and method that reduce wastage of network resources and mobile phone resources. The mobile phone would indicate its status in a tracking area update message when it is connected to the device. The network can then understand from the status indication that the mobile phone is capable of delivering packets to the device, and would thus allow the server to initiate communications. An absence of the status indication would imply the mobile phone is not capable of delivering packets to the device, and the network would then disallow the server to initiate communications.

An electrical machine comprises: a first rotor, rotatable about a first axis, and having a first arrangement of magnets on a first surface thereof; a second rotor, held with a first surface thereof adjacent the first surface of the first rotor and such that it cannot rotate about the first axis, but is rotatable about a second axis, and having a second arrangement of magnets on the first surface thereof; wherein the first and second arrangements of magnets are such that rotation of the first rotor about the first axis causes rotation of the second rotor about the second axis. The first rotor is in the form of an at least partial hollow torus, with the first surface thereof being an internal surface. The second rotor is in the form of a cylinder, located within the hollow torus, with the first surface thereof being an external surface, such that the second axis is perpendicular to the first axis.

The rotor rotates around an axis, wherein the rotor includes a first permanent magnet set and a second permanent magnet set, the first permanent magnet set is magnetized in a circumference direction of the axis, and the second permanent magnet set is magnetized in an axial direction of the axis. The stator set corresponds to the rotor, wherein the stator set includes a radial stator member and an axial stator member, the axial stator member corresponds to the rotor in the axial direction of the axis, and the radial stator member corresponds to the rotor in a radial direction of the axis.

The present invention introduces a method for managing the route to be used for the user's local device access traffic through the use of intelligent switching performed by the breakout node (eNodeB, home NodeB, or home eNodeB) together with the local access gateway node of the local service domain. Essential information pertaining to performance of this intelligent switching is obtained through the communication of specific tokens using selected channels of communication. A variety of combinations pertaining to the setup, selection and composition of token and channel is possible and described.

The present invention relates to a semiconductor process, a semiconductor element and a package having a semiconductor element. The semiconductor element includes a base material and at least one through via structure. The base material has a first surface, a second surface, at least one groove and at least one foundation. The groove opens at the first surface, and the foundation is disposed on the first surface. The through via structure is disposed in the groove of the base material, and protrudes from the first surface of the base material. The foundation surrounds the through via structure. Whereby, the foundation increases the strength of the through via structure, and prevents the through via structure from cracking.

The present invention discloses a phosphor material for organic optoelectronic devices. The phosphor is a complex comprising a metal (Ir or Pt) and an aryl-modified beta-diketone ligand. The complexes of this invention are useful to function as an emitter in the emissive layer of an organic light emitting diode, even as the complex is the main component of this layer.
