    摘要: In order to correct a time base error of a video signal reproduced from a video signal recording/reproducing apparatus such as a VTR or the like, when the reproduced video signal is sequentially written into or read out from a memory, a signal which is obtained by frequency multiplying an output of an oscillator for generating a signal of a constant frequency whose phase is momentarily synchronized by a burst signal extracted from the reproduced video signal is used as a write clock. The signal based on the output of the oscillator and the signal based on the output of a reference signal generator for generating a read clock for the memory are phase compared for the vertical blanking period of the reproduced video signal, and a phase difference signal is generated. The oscillating frequency of the oscillator is controlled in a negative feedback manner using this phase difference signal, thereby assuring the stable oscillating frequency which does not cause any frequency deviation. To prevent that erroneous horizontal sync information is used when the burst signal is extracted, the write clock whose phase is synchronized with the reproduced video signal is counted until a predetermined count value and only the normal horizontal sync signal is separated, and also the dropout horizontal sync signal is corrected.

    摘要: A magnetic tape transport controller for a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus in which a pilot signal for tracking control having four different frequencies is recorded on a magnetic tape by a rotary magnetic head and the magnetic tape is transported in a playback mode at a different tape speed than that in a recording mode. The tape transport controller has means for detecting an amplitude change of a specific one of signals derived by frequency-converting a reproduced pilot signal and controlling the tape speed such that the frequency of the amplitude change is maintained at a predetermined frequency. It also has a phase control loop to control the tape speed such that a phase of the specific signal coincides with a phase of a reference signal. In the playback mode in which the tape is transported at the different speed than that in the recording mode, frequencies of a local pilot signal used to frequency-convert the reproduced pilot signal are switched in the opposite order to that of the switching of the frequencies in the recording mode. A detection circuit which detects a difference between two frequency converted signals of different frequencies and amplifies the difference inverts a polarity of an output signal for each track switching in a standard speed playback mode and does not invert the polarity in a variable speed playback mode.

These line block signals are shifted on time base, and a redundant interval (.tau..sub.H) is formed between two line block signals. The interval of the vertical blanking signal is shortened.     摘要: A frequency discrimination circuit suitable for use in a speed control device is disclosed which comprises a single retriggerable monostable multivibrator for discriminating a period of an input pulse signal corresponding to a speed from a predetermined period, a gate for inhibiting the output of the multivibrator at least for a sampling period, and a trapezoidal wave generator for generating a trapezoidal wave when the output of the gate is absent, and a sample-and-hold circuit for sampling the trapezoidal wave by a sampling pulse synchronized with the input pulse signal and for holding a sampled value to generate a frequency discrimination output on the output side of the circuit. The provision of the retriggerable monostable multivibrator reduces undesirable variations the circuit operation due to the change in the ambient temperature, and prevents the generation of a false lock-in point.
