Projecting objects having a predetermined shape are formed on a substrate, and a setting resin is applied on the substrate and is set. Then, the projecting objects are removed so that ink cells and nozzles are formed. The thickness of the setting resin is determined such that tip portions of the projecting objects project above the setting resin and ink cells can be formed.

    摘要: The present invention provides a hybrid cell line producing monoclonal antibody to an acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF) protein. The hybridoma is established by fusing spleen cells from immunized mice with myeloma cells. The hybridomas are cultured as clones, and antibodies obtained from the individual clones are tested for their specificity for aFGF protein. Antibodies can be obtained from the culture growth medium or from ascitic fluid of mice bearing the hybridoma tumor. Diagnostic and therapeutic uses of the monoclonal antibody are also disclosed.

    摘要: Disclosed are (1) a mutein of a fibroblast growth factor (FGF), the DNA having introduced therein at least one nucleotide sequence coding for a glycosylation site, (2) a DNA coding for the mutein of (1), (3) a vector containing the DNA of (2), (4) a transformant transformed with the vector of (3), and (5) a process for producing the mutein which comprises cultivating in a culture medium the transformant of a yeast or animal cell transformed with a vector of (3), and producing and accumulating the mutein of (1) in the culture medium, whereby the FGF mutein into which at least one glycosylation site has been introduced is improved in productivity, stability and activities, and advantageously used as medicine.

The buckle 5 comprises a pawl 15 for engaging ratchet teeth 17 on the band, a first guide 25 and a second guide 26 forming an insertion passage 19 for guiding the band 3 and restraining the band 3 inside the insertion passage 19. The second guide 26 is formed in a shape by which the rear portion 30 of the insertion passage 19 including the outlet is parallel to the support surface 18, and the first guide 25 is formed in a shape by which the front portion 31 of the insertion passage 19 including the inlet is connected to the rear portion 30 at an acute angle of inclination 29 with respect to the rear portion 30.

    摘要: A polygonal coil having a substantially square shape is manufactured by winding a conductive wire in the diameter direction of the core on the core in an overlapping manner by the use of a winding jig in which a first collar portion and a second collar portion are disposed at both ends of a core so as to be opposed to each other and four rod-shaped protrusions are disposed on a surface of the first collar portion opposed to the second collar portion so as to protrude in a radial shape centered on an end of the core. As a result, it is possible to obtain a polygonal coil with high precision.
