摘要： A clock pulse generator has a first clock pulse generator for generating a burst lock clock pulse signal synchronized with a color burst signal contained in a video signal; a second clock pulse generator for generating a line lock clock pulse signal synchronized with a horizontal synchronizing signal contained in the video signal; a detection circuit for detecting whether or not the video signal is a standard signal; and a phase control circuit for synchronizing the phase of the line lock clock pulse signal with the phase of the burst lock clock pulse signal when the detection circuit determines that the video signal is a standard signal. The line lock clock pulse signal is supplied to a synchronizing signal generator, a selected one of the burst lock clock pulse signal and the line lock clock pulse signal is supplied to a signal processing circuit when the detection circuit determines that the video signal is a standard signal, and the line lock clock pulse signal is supplied to the signal processing circuit when the detection circuit determines that the video signal is a non-standard signal.

The paper machine contamination preventive agent is fed to a paper machine and has a sidechain-type modified silicone oil or a sidechain both-termini modification silicone oil as a main component.

摘要： A conductor layer is formed on an insulating film which is formed on a semiconductor substrate and which consists of a thick portion and a thin portion with a step therebetween. A film made of material having an etch rate substantially equal to that of the material of the conductor layer is formed on the layer. The film, which has a substantially flat upper surface, and the conductor layer form a laminated structure. Those portions of the laminated structure which are on the thin portion of the insulating film and said step have substantially the same thickness. A mask layer of a predetermined pattern is formed on the laminated structure. Using the mask layer, the laminated structure is selectively etched, the selected portions of the conductor layer and film being etched at the same etching rate. Thereafter, the mask layer and the remaining film are removed.

The method is also applicable to a wire part. Since the suitable mold releasing agent is provided to the member in direct contact with the paper body in the press part and the dry part of the paper machine, the raveling of the surface of the paper body can be prevented to prevent the lowering of the surface strength of the paper body.

The liquid spray unit for spraying liquid to a traveling body comprises a spray tube provided with a nozzle for spraying liquid, and an air box provided with an opening for jetting an air flow, wherein the spray tube and the air box are arranged such that the air flow is jetted from the air jet opening toward the liquid sprayed from the spray nozzle and the sprayed liquid can be blown to the traveling body after being accelerated by the air flow. The liquid can be sprayed more effectively to the traveling body by making compact the unit depending on the quantity of liquid being imparted or the inner space of a paper making machine, or the like, or by employing a unit of a type of reciprocating a single nozzle.
