    摘要: Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to multiband receivers that include at least one divider unit having a divisor that is other-than-two. For example, in some embodiments the divisor is an odd integer (e.g., three). Such divisors allow oscillators for respective receiver subunits in a multi-band receiver to have frequencies that are sufficiently different from one another so as to limit cross-talk interference there between, even when the receiver subunits are concurrently receiving data on adjacent channels. To facilitate this other-than-two divisor, a phase error compensation block is often used to compensate for the effects of using the other-than-two divisor.

    摘要: A voltage control circuit (10) is proposed, having an input (13) for supplying a voltage control signal and having an output (V2) for production of a supply voltage. The voltage control circuit (10) contains a control loop with a DC/DC converter (19) arranged between a first node (170) and a second node (150). The first node (170) is designed to emit the difference between signals which are applied on the input side. The second feed node is designed to emit the sum of the applied signals. The first and the second feed nodes provide two-point modulation with the DC/DC converter (19) within the control loop of the voltage control circuit (10). In this case, a signal which is applied on the input side is split into a radio-frequency component and a low-frequency component. The processing of the low-frequency component in the DC/DC converter reduces the requirements for the switching frequencies for the DC/DC converter, increases the efficiency of the voltage control circuit, and reduces the power losses.

    摘要: A polar loop transmission circuit is proposed wherein a signal to be transmitted and a feedback signal are separated into their polar phase and amplitude components and the components are compared to one another for realizing a phase and amplitude modulation. An amplitude modulator controlled by an amplitude modulation signal is provided, whereby the amplitude modulator follows an oscillator and is preferably fashioned as a nonlinear amplifier that is operated in saturation. An amplifier attenuating the output signal of the amplitude modulator is provided in the feedback path. The present transmission architecture is suitable for future mobile radio telephone systems having a phase and amplitude modulation and are based on the known GSM standard, for example.

The n portions are respectively correlated to the expected values to form component correlation results. Delaying the component correlation results, with at least two component correlation results being delayed by different lengths. The method also includes combining the delayed component correlation results to form a total correlation value. The total correlation value is used to determine whether the m received data items contain the preamble of a frame.

    摘要: A voltage control circuit is proposed, having an input for supplying a voltage control signal and having an output for production of a supply voltage. The voltage control circuit contains a control loop with a DC/DC converter arranged between a first node and a second node. The first node is designed to emit the difference between signals which are applied on the input side. The second feed node is designed to emit the sum of the applied signals. The first and the second feed nodes provide two point modulation with the DC/DC converter within the control loop of the voltage control circuit. In this case, a signal which is applied on the input side is split into a radio frequency component and a low frequency component. The processing of the low frequency component in the DC/DC converter reduces the requirements for the switching frequencies for the DC/DC converter, increases the efficiency of the voltage control circuit, and reduces the power losses.
