    摘要: A method of supporting access to a selected Internet Protocol (IP) multimedia application via an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) is provided for a roaming mobile node (MN)—i.e., user equipment (UE)served by a wireless telecommunications system. The method includes: includes establishing a first IP tunnel between the UE and a local access gateway of a visited network, the first tunnel being anchored at the local access gateway; establishing a second IP tunnel between the UE and a home gateway of a home network, the second tunnel being anchored at the home gateway; receiving data packets at the local access gateway for the UE; filtering the packets received at the local access gateway to suitably classify corresponding traffic into one of a plurality of data flows supported within the first tunnel at varying Quality of Service (QoS) levels; and filtering the received packets.

    摘要: The present invention is a system for controlling a pad conditioner in a CMP device. The system includes a roughness-sensing device mounted in proximity to a polishing pad. The roughness-sensing device generates an output responsive to a roughness of the polishing pad. A signal-processing unit then generates a roughness value of the polishing pad in response to the output from the roughness-sensing device, and generates a control signal in response to the generated roughness value. Finally, a control device controls motion of the pad conditioner in response to the control signal.

    摘要: A modular control system for an automated manufacturing facility, especially for use with a semiconductor fabrication facility having a number of discrete process components, provides a master control computer connected by a parallel bus to a series of modular interface cards. Each of the interface cards are organized to communicate with all the I/O located on a specific process component or group of process components. A plurality of daughter cards are provided on each of the interface cards. The daughter cards contain data translation and acquisition circuitry for translating the various forms of I/O signals from and into a database format. The signal list used to communicate between the master computer and the I/O is generated at startup, enabling easy modification, addition and deletion of I/O. Network-based communication protocols can also be employed for communication between the interface cards and the master computer.
