Abstract:
A top-pan scale with a scale pan which is supported on at least one force transducer (7) of a force measurement system (5) and with a corner load sensor which outputs a signal if the weighing goods are positioned eccentrically on the scale pan. The corner load sensor (10) has a flat underside via which it can be placed on, or attached to, the scale pan or a bottom pan of the scale. The corner load sensor also has a flat upper side on which a scale pan (4) can be placed or attached. The corner load sensor (10) is connected to a positionally fixed electronic processor (22) via a force-feedback-free connection (21). Embodiments of the corner load sensor can therefore be used for a wide variety of scale designs and can be retrofitted easily.
Abstract:
A force sensor with two force input elements to which the force to be measured and the support force are applied. The two force input elements are substantially rotationally symmetrical and are axially spaced apart, and the force to be measured and the support force are applied in a radial direction. A spring element, arranged axially between the two force input elements connects these elements and its load-dependent deformation is converted into an electrical signal. A substantially tubular cover connected to one of the two force input elements surrounds the spring element. The cover surrounds a portion of the other force input element, forming a circumferential gap. The cover has an inwardly projecting constriction that is spaced apart by a small axial distance from an opposite shoulder on the other force input element.
Abstract:
A force sensor with two force input elements to which a force to be measured and a support force are applied. The two force input elements are substantially rotationally symmetrical and are axially spaced apart, and the force to be measured and the support force are applied in radial directions. A spring element, arranged axially between the two force input elements connects these elements and its load-dependent deformation is converted into an electrical signal. A suppression of transverse forces is achieved in a purely mechanical manner so that the influence of transverse forces on the output signal of the force sensor are negligible. Both force input elements are additionally connected to each other by a guide element which encloses the spring element and which has two parallel guide connectors. The guide element is softer in the direction of the force to be measured than in a direction perpendicular thereto.
Abstract:
The device has a drive motor (30), which via a gear drives a gear wheel (33), which is connected to a sleeve (40) through which an adjusting bolt (44) is inserted. The adjusting bolt (44) can be coupled to the sleeve (40) via a set of teeth (43, 48) in the direction of rotation about its longitudinal axis (17), and the coupling of the adjusting bolt (44) is secured by an axially prestressed spring (57) engaging it. A connecting element (16) pivotably connected to the headlight part to be adjusted is coupled in the direction of rotation to the adjusting bolt (44), and the adjusting bolt (44) is displaceable relative to this connecting element in the direction of the longitudinal axis (17). The adjusting bolt (44) is displaceable in the direction of the longitudinal axis (17) counter to the prestressing of the spring (57), so that it is uncoupled from the sleeve (40) and is rotatable relative to the sleeve (40) via an actuating element (58). A rotation of the adjusting bolt (44) is transmitted to the connecting element (16), and a basic setting of the range of the headlight independently of the drive motor is made possible.
Abstract:
A method and a responsive system for signal processing, particularly a system of the safety instrumentation and control of a nuclear power plant. A first database stores the association of the data processing units, data transmission units, and computer programs of the system, as well as a sequence of steps in the automatic signal processing in accordance with an integral processing specification. A second database stores in memory operating parameters and at least one reliability parameter of each data processing unit and each data transmission unit. The contents of the databases are utilized in a reliability module, which determines the reliability characteristic of the responsive system from the data of the first database and the second database. If and when the reliability parameters change, a transmission takes place to the reliability module, so that in each case an updated reliability parameter may be determined. As a result, the currently valid availability of the responsive system can be learned at any point in time, taking into account the high degree of detailing of the system.
Abstract:
In order to produce a high-pressure cleaning apparatus with a wobble plate piston pump which is of less expensive and more wear-resistant design, it is proposed that the piston be made of ceramic and carry a metallic contact element in the region where it contacts the wobble plate.
Abstract:
A car washing installation has several jet nozzles (20) for a cleaning fluid, if necessary mixed with chemical substances, arranged one next to the other transversely to the length of the car and moved past the car in its longitudinal direction. The jet nozzles (20) are designed as rotative nozzles that supply a point contact jet that emerges from the rotative nozzles at a maximum acute angle of about 30.degree. in relation to the axis of rotation of the nozzles. To ensure that all car surfaces are reliably cleaned, even when the car has a rugged surface, characterized by recesses, the jet nozzles (20) can be periodically moved along the profile of the car on a perpendicular plane to the longitudinal axis of the car.
Abstract:
It is suggested in relation to a coupler for hose lines of high-pressure cleaning equipment and high-pressure spraying equipment comprising a nipple and a connecting piece to be coupled to the latter that the nipple be captured by a sleeve containing catch projections with recesses extending into its interior, that a compression spring be positioned between the inner wall of the sleeve and the nipple, that the connecting piece have on its outer wall outwardly projecting catches with locking lugs which slip into the recesses in the catch projections, and that the compression spring push the locking lugs into the recesses in the catch projections when the connecting piece is inserted into the sleeve.
Abstract:
A spray nozzle arrangement is provided for high pressure cleaning apparatus with an outlet nozzle of circular cross-section. A deforming member is arranged downstream of the nozzle and comprises two swing elements having substantially planar faces. The swing elements pivot about a rotary axis perpendicular to the jet. Thus, the two faces can be inclined symmetrically relative to the jet axis so that the region of the faces remote from the outlet nozzle enter the round jet, resulting in a fan-shaped jet.
