A screen module, a fingerprint acquisition method, and an electronic device are provided. The screen module includes: a fingerprint unit comprising a plurality of fingerprint sensors, which are located in a content display area of the screen module and configured to perform fingerprint acquisition; a processing component connected with the fingerprint unit, the processing component being configured to, after a triggering operation of a user's finger on the content display area is detected, actuate fingerprint sensors in a scanning area corresponding to the triggering operation to acquire fingerprint data of the user in the scanning area; and data transmission lines connected to the plurality of fingerprint sensors, and configured to transmit fingerprint data acquired by the fingerprint sensors in the scanning area to the processing component.

A method for determining a spatial parameter for an object displayed on a device includes determining a first pixel coordinate corresponding to a first point of an image of the object and a second pixel coordinate corresponding to a second point of an image of the object displayed on the device, determining an image distance between the first pixel coordinate and the second pixel coordinate, and determining a spatial parameter for the object based on a distance between an imaging element of the device and the object, and a focal length of a lens of the imaging element for photographing the object. According to the technical solution of the present disclosure, the real size of the photographed object can be quantized based on the image, without having to illustrating the real size of the photographed object in contrast with a reference object placed in the image, thereby improving the user experience.

The display apparatus comprises a light-converging layer configured to refract the light in a first designated direction, wherein the first designated direction is a direction whose angle with a straight ahead direction of the display apparatus is less than a designated angle, and the straight ahead direction is a direction perpendicular to a plane where the light-converging layer is located; and a light-emitting layer positioned below the light-converging layer and configured to emit light.

The present disclosure discloses a method and device for reducing display brightness, and belongs to the technical field of display. Aspects of the disclosure provide a method for reducing display brightness. The method includes acquiring a first corresponding relationship between pixel values and voltages for reducing display brightness. The first corresponding relationship is determined based on a second corresponding relationship between pixel values and voltages and a ratio for brightness reduction. Further, the method includes determining a voltage corresponding to a pixel value of a pixel to be displayed based on the first corresponding relationship and at a scanning moment corresponding to the pixel, outputting the determined voltage to a data line corresponding to the pixel in a liquid crystal display screen.

The present disclosure provides a backlight brightness control method and a device for adjusting brightness of a backlight. The method comprises: receiving a control instruction to adjust a current brightness value to a target brightness value; stopping current supply to backlights of a first backlight assembly, determining a first target current value necessary for backlights of a second backlight assembly to reach the target brightness value, and providing the first target current value to the backlights of the second backlight assembly, when the current brightness value is greater than a first threshold and the target brightness value is less than the first threshold.

The method includes acquiring by a light sensor on the electronic device a measured brightness of ambient light having an actual ambient brightness at where the electronic device is located; detecting whether the light sensor faces away from a light source in the environment; when it is detected that the light sensor does not face away from the light source, determining a reference backlight brightness level according to a backlight brightness level-setting function comprising a correspondence between actual ambient brightness levels and backlight brightness levels, by using the measured brightness as actual ambient brightness; and setting an actual backlight brightness of the backlighted display screen to the reference backlight brightness level; and when it is detected that the light sensor faces away from the light source, setting the actual backlight brightness of the backlighted display screen at a level different from the reference backlight brightness level.
