    摘要： An electric energy generating device. The electric energy generating device includes a piezoelectric structure including a material having piezoelectric characteristics, and an insulating film including a material having electret characteristics. When external energy is supplied to the insulating film, the insulating film contacts the piezoelectric structure and the piezoelectric structure is then deformed to generate electric energy. Also, electric energy is generated when an electrostatic capacitance between the insulating film and a substrate adjacent to the insulating film changes.

    摘要： A synchronous semiconductor memory device includes an output control signal generator, which generates an output control signal corresponding to a signal obtained by delaying a read information signal in response to a delay internal clock signal obtained by dividing an internal clock signal by n, first and second sampling signals obtained by delaying the internal clock signal, a first output control clock signal obtained by dividing the internal clock signal by n, and a column address strobe (CAS) latency signal. The synchronous semiconductor memory device also includes a data output buffer, which outputs data by buffering internal data in response to the output control signal and the first output control clock signal.

    摘要： A digital photo managing apparatus and method, and a recording medium readable by computer. The digital photo managing apparatus includes: an attribute information generating unit which generates specified attribute information for given photo data; a storage unit which stores the attribute information and the given photo data by having the attribute information as an address; an attribute information inserting unit which inserts the attribute information in the given photo data, and prints the photo data including the attribute information to generate a photo; a reading unit which reads the photo and detects the attribute information; and a photo data searching unit which reads out the stored photo data which has attribute information within a pre-set degree of association with the detected attribute information as an address from the stored photo data. Thus, the specified photo data can be read despite damages to a portion of the digital photo, photo data related to the photo data of the digital photo can be easily searched, and images of the searched photo data can be displayed according to the intensions of the user.
