    摘要: The present invention provides a reel having an engaging portion that can engage accurately with a braking member. A reel 30 has: a hub 32, an extending portion 36 being formed at a peripheral edge of a lower end portion of the hub 32; an upper flange 38 provided integrally at a peripheral edge of an upper end portion of the hub 32 so as to extend outward; and a lower flange 40 having a floor wall 42 to which a reel plate 46 is fixed, the lower flange 40 being welded to the extending portion 36 of the hub 32. In this reel 30, an engaging portion 48 is formed at the lower flange 40, the engaging portion 48 engaging with a braking member 60 that is held so as to be unable to rotate at the case 12 at times of non-use.

The semiconductor layer includes element regions for providing semiconductor elements and an isolation region located around the element region and extending to the insulating layer. The element regions are electrically isolated from each other by the isolation region. The semiconductor device further includes a thermal conductor disposed in the isolation region of the semiconductor layer and extending from a front side to a back side of the silicon-on-insulator substrate by penetrating through the insulating layer and the supporting substrate.

    摘要: Provided is a surface modification process in which the mixture molar ratio of air/hydrocarbon gas in a fuel gas including a reforming agent modifying compound containing a silane molecule silicon atom, titanium atom or aluminum atom, air and a hydrocarbon gas is set to a value in valu within a predetermined range, whereby a predetermined surface modification effect can be stably obtained for a solid material, regardless of differences of boiling points of reforming agent modifying compounds, environmental conditions of the surroundings, and the like. For this end, a flame produced from of the fuel gas, in which the mixture molar ratio of air/hydrocarbon gas is adjusted to 23 or more, together with a predetermined reforming agent modifying compound, is blown against toward the surface of a solid material by means of a surface modification apparatus.

    摘要: In a spindle motor utilizing dynamic-pressure bearings having a full-fill structure, a bearing configuration that balances and sustains at or above atmospheric pressure the internal pressure of the bearing oil. Thrust and radial bearing sections are configured within oil-filled bearing clearances in between the rotor, the shaft, and a shaft-encompassing hollow bearing member. A communicating passage one end of which opens on, radially inwardly along, the thrust bearing section is formed in the bearing member. Either axial ends of the bearing clearance in between the bearing member and shaft communicate through the passage. The communicating passage enables the oil to redistribute itself within the bearing clearances. Pressure difference between the axial upper and lower ends of the oil retained in between the bearing member and the shaft is compensated through the communicating passage, preventing incidents of negative pressure within the oil and of over-lift on the rotor.

A projection portion that projects in a radial direction is formed at an inner periphery face of the hub. The first flange includes a first extension portion which is extended in the axial direction of the hub from a first flange portion and is joined to the projection portion. The second flange includes a second extension portion which is extended in the axial direction of the hub from a second flange portion and is joined to the projection portion. The positioning portions regulate, in the radial direction, positions of distal end portions of the first extension portion and the second extension portion relative to the hub. Gaps are formed between the inner periphery face of the hub and outer periphery faces of the first extension portion and the second extension portion.
