An apparatus and method for allocating a bandwidth for up-stream data transmission to a plurality of Optical Network Units (ONUs) in an Ethernet Passive Optical Access Network (EPON) in which the ONUs are connected to a single Optical Line Terminal (OLT) are disclosed. The bandwidth allocation method for guaranteeing a Quality of Service (QoS) in the EPON includes the steps of: a) classifying up-stream data to be transmitted from a plurality of Optical Network Units (ONUs) of the EPON to an Optical Line Terminal (OLT) into a plurality of classes according to predetermined data priority information, and requesting bandwidths required for individual classes from the OLT; b) allowing the OLT to perform a bandwidth distribution process according to bandwidth requirement quantities of individual classes using weights pre-assigned to individual classes; and c) allowing the OLT to distribute a residual bandwidth acquired after the bandwidth distribution process is performed from among an available total up-stream bandwidth to the ONUs.

The oil soft gel sheet is formed of a base comprising ethyl cellulose and one or two or more plasticizers, in which the weight ratio of ethyl cellulose to the plasticizers is 1-30:99-70. The plasticizer is preferably castor oil, and the base contains a component effective for the skin or human body, and may, if necessary, contain at least one selected from polyhydric alcohol, a surfactant and a silicon derivative.

The cable card receives an OOB signal from the host device and parses a new SI table from the OOB signal. The new SI table contains a first CRC code. The host device includes a memory and a controller. The memory pre-stores a channel list which is generated based on a previous SI table containing a second CRC code. The controller receives the new SI table from the cable card, and updates the pre-stored channel list based on the new SI table when there is a difference between the first and second CRC codes. The previous and new SI tables may correspond to Profile 1 service information and may include SVCTs or NITs.

By providing a control method when the voice card is inserted during the output of the audio book, remaining data of the audio book can be output after a voice card playing mode is executed, without occurrence of errors due to a careless manipulation of the user. Accordingly, since the manipulation of the playing apparatus for audio book and voice card is very simple, even infants/babies can manipulate the playing apparatus easily and conveniently without the occurrence of errors.
