    摘要: The invention relates to a vibration generator which is used in devices, such as mobile phones, requiring a vibration mode. More specifically, the invention relates to a horizontal vibration type vibration generator which includes a casing that is open on one surface thereof, a vibration part having a weight provided inside the casing, and a spring mounted inside the casing, and which produces horizontal vibration by using the phenomenon of resonance which occurs by causing oscillation in an electromagnetic force having the same frequency as the intrinsic vibration frequency of the spring, and which solves the problem of a reduction in the life span of the vibration generator due to mechanical friction as seen in existing mechanical vibration generators, and generates a large vibration force despite having a thin construction unachievable in a vertical moving type vibration generator. The invention also relates to a production method of the vibration generator.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a vibration generator which is used to embody vibration for signal reception indication or a haptic function of wireless communication devices such as mobile phones. The vibration generator includes a casing which has a space therein, a stator which is provided in the casing and is provided with a coil along which current flows, a vibrator which is provided in the casing and is horizontally moved by electromagnetic force, an elastic body which is fixed at a first end thereof to the casing and fixed at a second end thereof to the vibrator, and a residual vibration reducer which is provided between the vibrator and the casing to absorb vibration of the vibrator. Therefore, after the vibration of the vibrator is stopped, the time it takes to stop movement of the vibrator can be markedly reduced.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device with a slurry composition for forming a tungsten pattern. The method comprises: forming a trench in an insulating film formed on a substrate; depositing a tungsten film over the insulating film including the trench; first polishing a tungsten film with a first slurry for polishing metal to expose the insulating film, the polishing selectivity ratio of the first slurry onto tungsten/insulating film being range from 30 to 100; and second polishing the insulating film and the tungsten film with a second slurry, the polishing selectivity ratio of the second slurry onto insulating film/tungsten being range from 3 to 500. The method reduces a thickness difference of tungsten patterns, thereby improving a production yield of semiconductor devices.

The apparatus includes a power source; a compensator for compensating an input signal by adding the input signal to an offset value reciprocally proportional to a source voltage; a pulse width modulator for modulating an audio signal transmitted from the compensator; and an output stage for outputting the modulated audio signal. Accordingly, audio quality can be improved directly for a listener by compensating the input signal damaged by periodical voltage drops.
