摘要: An offset amount between heads is calculated by positioning a head in a designated track under an ON track servo control, obliquely writing test data by moving the head in a radial direction of the magnetic recording medium at a designated moving speed K to cross the designated track and at least one track adjacent to the designated track according to a write start signal, reading the oblique test data by the read head from the adjacent track under the ON track servo control, detecting a peak position of a read voltage by using a read voltage characteristics of the read signal in the adjacent track and calculating the offset amount between the heads by detecting a scan time up to the peak position of the read voltage.

摘要: A write sensitive width is calculated by writing a test data by a write head by moving the write head in a radial direction of a magnetic recording medium at a designated speed K to obliquely cross a designated track or a track adjacent to the designated track, reading the test data recorded in the track obliquely by a read head to obtain a read characteristics profile of a read voltage with respect to the track scanning time and obtaining a moving distance in the radial direction of the head by multiplying the test data scanning time of the read head with the designated moving speed K.

摘要: A modular type node apparatus for packet communication wherein, when an extension module is added to a switching unit, a control packet to request setting of forwarding control parameters indicating flow definition information of a packet to be processed by the extension module and an internal address is issued from the extension module to a control module of the packet communication node apparatus. The control module automatically sets a table entry indicating the relationship of the flow definition information and the internal address of the extension module in a packet forwarding control table to be referred by each of network interface modules.

摘要: To provide a screw for injection molding and a plasticizing device which can ensure downsizing of the plasticizing device by decreasing an L/D ratio as well as keeping a molten resin to be discharged while stably molten and discharged. In the screw 1a, 1b, 1c, the L/D ratio obtained by dividing an effective length L by an external diameter D is 10 or less, and a flight pitch is designed so that a thread length falls within a range of 30 to 300% of a screw with a square pitch having the same diameter and the L/D ratio of 20 to 24. A torpedo plate 13 with a through-hole is installed in the vicinity of the top end of the screw, inside the through-hole arranged is a spindle-shaped torpedo 12 supported by one or more supporting pieces, and between an internal surface of the through-hole and an outer surface of the torpedo 12, formed is a path 17 of plasticized resin material.

摘要: A packet communication device, which provides a modular node capable of setting up the operation of the node at a time without updating a program in the node body when a new functional module is installed, sends a process setting content, requested by a configuration file specified by a manager, to functional modules as an offering message and determines whether or not the functional modules can process the content of the offering message. Based on the answers of offering, a configuration processing program of a node determines a functional module, to which processing it to be assigned, according to a predetermined method.
