    摘要: A sensor has a rotor mounted on a throttle shaft, permanent magnets mounted on an end of the rotor and rotatable together with the rotor and the throttle shaft, a Hall-effect element fixed on a rotational axis of the magnets for outputting an electric signal corresponding to the direction of the magnetic field, and a circuit member for compensating the temperature characteristics of the magnets and the Hall-effect element and for driving the Hall-effect element and processing the output from the Hall-effect element. A circuit chamber of the sensor is filled with silicon gel to add heat capacity to the circuit member. A resin member having notches around a periphery thereof is disposed in a connecting portion of the rotor at which the rotor is connected to the throttle shaft to block heat conduction from the shaft toward the magnets. Thus, the temperature conditions of the circuit member, the magnets and the Hall-effect elements are substantially equalized to achieve high precision in detection of the throttle valve opening regardless of external temperature changes.

    摘要: An air flow measuring device includes a housing, a sensor, and a throttle that is provided on an outer wall surface of the housing. The throttle merges together a bypass-passing flow and an outside-passing flow, and guides the merged flow toward the downstream side with the merged flow narrowed. The throttle includes two raised portions and a cover that bridges between the two raised portions and is opposed to the outer wall surface of the housing. The cover includes an inner surface exposed to the throttle, and an outer surface exposed to outside of the throttle. A peripheral border of the cover includes an upstream edge which defines the outer surface on the upstream side. At least a region of the outer surface including the upstream edge is swollen more outwardly in a shape of a projecting curved surface further on the downstream side.

    摘要: An eddy current type sensor for detecting a conductor includes a LC circuit and an oscillator. The LC circuit has a coil and a capacitor connected in parallel with the coil. The oscillator supplies an alternating current of a predetermined oscillation frequency to the LC circuit. A signal voltage outputted from the LC circuit has a first voltage when the distance between the coil and the conductor is minimum and a second voltage when the distance between the coil and the conductor is maximum. A voltage difference between the first and second voltages has a first difference at a first temperature and has a second difference at a second temperature. The first and second differences become equal to each other at a first frequency and a second frequency. The oscillation frequency is set close to the first frequency or the second frequency.

    摘要: There are provided a device for detecting a rotation rate that prevents an eddy current from being generated in a housing member around a rotation rate sensor, and a device for detecting a rotation rate that prevents a decrease in the compressing efficiency of a fluid compressed by a rotor. A slit-shaped concave portion for preventing a generation of an eddy current is formed on the housing on both side of the rotation sensor. The rotation rate sensor generates a magnetic field by being supplied with a high-frequency alternating excitation current. The concave portion prevents an eddy current from being generated in the housing around the rotation rate sensor based on the magnetic field generated by the coil. The concave portion has a small capacity, and is formed along the flow of intake air. As a result, a decrease in the compression efficiency of the blades of the suction-side turbine can be prevented.
