Disclosed are an image coding and decoding methods, an image processing device, and a computer storage medium. The image coding method comprises: obtaining a dynamic range of a copy parameter of a current coding sampling value segment according to a size of a reference area; and coding the copy parameter according to the dynamic range to generate a video bitstream containing information about the size of the reference area and information about the copy parameter. The decoding method comprises: parsing a video bitstream to obtain a dynamic range of a copy parameter of a decoding sampling value segment; and decoding the copy parameter according to the dynamic range.

Provided are methods and devices for encoding and decoding using parameter sets, and electronic equipment. In the method for encoding, an encoder determines parameter sets and/or virtual parameter sets for a slice, wherein the virtual parameter set is a data structure which is generated by loading information acquired from a bitstream into a syntax structure of an existing parameter set and/or a preset syntax structure and includes tool parameters and/or control parameters; and the encoder writes identification number (ID) (s) of the parameter sets and/or virtual parameter sets into a bitstream. Using the method, encoding and decoding efficiency is improved.

Disclosed are methods and devices for coding and decoding depth information, which relate to a Three-Dimensional Video (3DV) coding technology. The coding method includes: arranging all elements in a DLT in an ascending order of values, wherein the DLT is a data structure representing depth numerical values by index numbers; coding a value of a first element in the DLT, and writing the bits of the value into a bitstream; and coding a difference value between a value of each of the other elements except the first element in the DLT and a value of an element with an index number smaller than an index number of the each of other elements in the DLT respectively, and writing the value of the difference value into the bitstream. The method for decoding depth information and related coding and decoding devices are also provided. By the technical solutions of the disclosure, efficiency of coding and decoding depth information is improved, and resource occupation during depth information coding is reduced.

Disclosed are a method, system and device for coding and decoding depth information, and the method includes: data in original Depth Look-up Tables (DLTs) of selected views are combined to establish a unified DLT, a value of the number of elements in the unified DLT and each element in the unified DLT are coded respectively and a coded value and each coded element are transmitted to a decoder; and depth information of each view is coded by taking the unified DLT as a whole or in portions and coded depth information of each view is transmitted to the decoder.

A service download acceleration method and system, and a service state maintenance method and apparatus are provided, wherein a content delivery network (CDN) system transmits a network acceleration and/or quality assurance policy request of a user to a network service control device according to a maintained service state of the user; when receiving the network acceleration and/or quality assurance policy request of the user, the network service control device applies to a policy control system for a corresponding network acceleration and/or quality assurance policy; and the policy control system issues the network acceleration and/or quality assurance policy for the user to the network service control device. The embodiments of the present document are adopted to realize effective perception and linkage between a network and a CDN system, effectively improving user experience while increasing operation revenue.
