Abstract:
A sidelink resource configuration method includes: configuring or pre-configuring a sidelink resource pool for a user equipment (UE) to perform sidelink communications using a resource in the sidelink resource pool; where the sidelink resource pool uses a second time slot as granularity and includes resource blocks; and where a length of the second time slot is determined according to a second time-frequency parameter for defining the sidelink resource pool, the second time slot is determined by mapping from a first time slot included in a set of alternative resources according to a conversion relationship between the second time-frequency parameter and a first time-frequency parameter used by the set of alternative resources, and a length of the first time slot is determined according to the first time-frequency parameter.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for configuration of scheduling-based sidelink resources for (re-) transmitting sidelink signals during sidelink communications in a wireless communication network is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a first wireless communication node, includes: transmitting a first message to a first wireless communication device; and receiving a second message from the first wireless communication device, wherein the first message comprises first information of at least one first resource for sidelink transmission and second information of at least one second resource for uplink control information (UCI), wherein the second message is received from the first wireless communication device on the at least one second resource.
Abstract:
Methods, apparatus and systems for wireless communication nodes to discover each other are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a first wireless communication node is disclosed. The method comprises: transmitting, to each of a plurality of second wireless communication nodes, respective configuration information that is utilized by the second wireless communication node to transmit a discovery signal in order to be discovered by at least one other second wireless communication node. At least two of the plurality of second wireless communication nodes transmit their discovery signals at different time domain positions based on their respective configuration information.
Abstract:
Provided are a wireless network access method and apparatus. The method includes: in a wireless network supporting a plurality of channel access approaches, using an access point to maintain a status of a traffic-stream-based or station-based traffic connection with a station; and using the access point to negotiate with the station or transmit control information to the station and to change a channel access approach used by the traffic-stream-based or station-based traffic connection.
Abstract:
A method for processing a network allocation vector (NAV) includes: terminating the receiving of a first radio frame when it is determined that a target receiving station of the first radio frame being received is not a first station; and updating an NAV of the first station or maintaining the NAV of the first station unchanged according to a remaining duration of the first radio frame and a first transmission opportunity duration carried in the first radio frame, where the remaining duration of the first radio frame is the transmission time used for transmitting the remaining part of the first radio frame after the receiving of the first radio frame is terminated. The technical solution solves the problem in the related art of collisions with hidden stations caused by an inaccurate NAV update in the existing art, thereby ensuring the accuracy of an NAV update and the fairness of transmission and channel contention, and reducing collisions among hidden stations.

Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for receiving the radio frame. The method comprises: a first functional entity of a station detects that a channel signal intensity reaches a preset threshold, and the first functional entity starts receiving a radio frame and sends an indication that a channel detection result is busy to a second functional entity of the station; the first functional entity determines that the station is not a target station for receiving the radio frame, and sends an indication of ending up receiving the radio frame to the second functional entity; and when transmission of the radio frame ends, the first functional entity sends an indication that the channel detection result is idle to the second functional entity. The disclosure provides a reception operation processing procedure of a station having the function of discarding the radio frame while not updating a network allocation vector (NAV).
Abstract:
Provided are methods and devices for transmitting a frame in a network. The method includes: setting, by a sending station, a media access control (MAC) frame header of a MAC frame, wherein the MAC frame header includes at least one bit for indicating whether the MAC frame header adopts an optimized MAC header format, the optimized MAC frame header format referring to a MAC frame format in which only necessary frame header information is reserved (S302); sending, by the sending station, the MAC frame to a receiving station (S304). The present disclosure not only ensures correct sending and receiving of a frame, but also effectively reduces the overhead of the frame header.
Abstract:
The present document provides a method for avoiding downlink data collision, an Access Point (AP) and a Station (STA). The method for avoiding downlink data collision includes: an AP receiving a radio frame for inquiring whether the AP has a Bufferable Unit (BU) of an STA transmitted by the STA; and after determining that there is a BU of the STA and the BU is larger than a predetermined threshold, the AP exchanging radio frames with the STA to reserve a channel, and transmitting the BU to the STA after succeeding in reserving the channel. The method can guarantee the fairness among various STAs and the reasonable utilization of channel resources, thus avoiding the collision; furthermore, the channel reservation frame transmitted by the AP can reserve a longer period of time, i.e. a plurality of BUs can be transmitted to the STA at a time, thus saving the link overhead.
