Abstract: A wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) may receive first data on a first physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) transmission. Further, the WTRU may transmit second data on a second PSSCH transmission. The WTRU may then determine, based on a first priority associated with the first data and a second priority associated with the second data, prioritization between a transmission of a first physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) transmission associated with the first data and a reception of a second PSFCH transmission associated with the second data. Moreover, the WTRU may either, based on the prioritization determination, transmit, on the first PSFCH transmission, first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement (ACK)/negative ACK (NACK) feedback associated with the first data, or receive, on the second PSFCH transmission, second HARQ ACK/NACK feedback associated with the second data.

Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems are disclosed for multi-hop relays that may be implemented by advertising first relaying capabilities and a first number of hops to reach a remote wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), receiving second relaying capabilities and a second number of hops to reach the remote WTRU from a selected relay WTRU, updating a relay capabilities table based on the second relaying capabilities and the second number of hops, receiving a packet comprising a payload, the packet having a traffic type and further comprising a maximum number of hops, selecting the selected relay WTRU based on the traffic type, the maximum number of hops, and the relay capabilities table, generating a first updated packet comprising the payload, the traffic type and a first updated number of hops that is one less than the maximum number of hops, and transmitting the first updated packet to the selected relay WTRU.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for sidelink communication are disclosed. A WTRU may receive a first SCI element from a second WTRU within a group. The WTRU may receive a first RCI element within a first set of resources scheduled by the first SCI. The first RCI may include information about which WTRU in the group is scheduled to use a second set of resources. The WTRU may determine, based on the first RCI, that one or more subresources within the second set of resources are available. The WTRU may transmit data in the one or more subresources. The first SCI and the first RCI may be received in a first reservation period and the one or more subresources may be in a second reservation period.

Abstract: A first wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive, from a second WTRU, sidelink control information (SCI), including first information indicating if a resource is reserved by the second WTRU, and second information indicating if the second WTRU is a power saving or non-power saving. The first WTRU may measure a reference signal receive power (RSRP) of signals transmitted by the second WTRU. The first WTRU may add a resource to a set of available resources if the first information indicates that the resource is not reserved by the second WTRU. If a resource is reserved, the WTRU may set an RSRP threshold to a first set or second threshold based on a power saving mode of the second WTRU. The first WTRU may add the resource to the set of available resources if the measured RSRP is less than the selected RSRP threshold.

Abstract: Channel access in unlicensed spectrum may be a function of the type of physical channel and/or a procedure that initiated a transmission. An LBT procedure may be performed as a function of beam management. A WTRU may access a channel using multiple channel access methods associated with multiple uplink transmissions based on a determination of persistent interference associated with the channel. Channel access methods may be performed with different parameters or characteristics based on the resource type/timing of the transmission/measurements of DL/UL RS. Channel access methods may be characterized by a sensing duration, an ED threshold, a beam width, and/or a beam direction. Different ED thresholds may be applied as a function of one or more characteristics of an applicable beam. Multiple sensing methods and/or related parameters may be applied as a function of the type of physical channel and/or the type of procedure associated with a transmission.

Abstract: Procedures and mechanisms for narrowband multi-channel transmission for wakeup radio (WUR) operation are disclosed. A station (STA) operating in WUR mode may have its a primary connectivity radio (PCR) turned off and its WUR turned and operating according to previously negotiated WUR operating parameters. The STA may monitor, for WUR beacons and frames over a first WUR channel, and determine that the first WUR channel does not support reliable transmission based on no beacons being received within a first duration. The STA may turn off the WUR, and turn on the PCR to send a first short WUR frame including a wakeup reason, and receive a second short WUR frame with a WUR channel assignment. The STA may turn off the PCR, turn on the WUR, and monitor for WUR signals on a second WUR channel according to the WUR channel assignment and the previously negotiated WUR operating parameters.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, architectures, and interfaces for a wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) performing sidelink communications are provided. A method may include any of: receiving SL transmission configuration information indicating: (1) a dedicated resource allocation for assistance transmissions, and (2) triggering conditions for performing an assistance transmission; on condition that: (i) a physical SL shared channel (PSSCH) transmission is received, by the WTRU from another WTRU, according to a semi-persistent reservation, and (ii) one or more of the triggering conditions for performing the assistance transmission has occurred: (a) performing sensing based on sensing parameters associated with the received PSSCH transmission, and (b) selecting a dedicated resource allocation according to a resource of the received PSSCH transmission; and transmitting, to any number of proximate WTRUs, an assistance transmission using the selected dedicated resource allocation, the assistance transmission including assistance information associated with the sensing performed by the WTRU.
