Abstract: The invention provides a method for increasing the quality of graphite balls. The method comprises melting molten iron in an electric furnace, increasing the sulfur content in the molten iron during the melting process, and adding rare earth in the electric furnace or in a nodularizing ladle; after the molten iron is completely melted, pouring the molten iron into the nodularizing ladle and nodularizing; and after nodularization, adding ferromanganese to a transfer ladle. In the present invention, sulfur is added to molten iron in advance, and rare earth is added to a nodularizing ladle previously, so that a large number of dispersed rare earth sulfide particles are formed in the molten iron during the nodularization process. Rare earth sulfide particles serve as the nuclei of graphite crystallization to increase the number of graphite balls, and improve the roundness of graphite balls.

Abstract: A lithium salt easily soluble in an organic solvent and having a flame-retardant function and a lithium-ion battery flame-retardant electrolyte thereof are provided. The lithium salt is poly(lithium phosphate) phosphazene partially substituted by alkyl aromatic oxy groups, and has a structural general formula: [(R—Ar—O)x(P═N)n(Li2O3P)2n-x]. The novel flame-retardant electrolyte is compounded from the lithium salt and a phosphate intermediate thereof [(R—Ar—O)x(P═N)n(R′2O3P)2n-x] according to a mass ratio of 10:1-1:1. The electrolyte is easily soluble in an organic solvent. A liquid electrolyte is prepared according to an amount of 8%-45% to obtain the novel flame-retardant liquid electrolyte. The liquid electrolyte has good lithium ion conductivity and good flame-retardant properties, and is used in lithium-ion batteries, lithium-sulfur batteries, lithium carbon fluoride batteries or lithium-oxygen batteries.

Abstract: The polyurethane flame retardant is prepared by compounding poly(diphosphophosphazene) (PDPP) and derivatives thereof, poly(diphosphate phosphazene) (MPDPP) (where M=Mg2+, Ca2+, transition metal ions, rare earth ions and the like) and poly(diphosphonic phosphazene). Since a phosphate group in the PDPP and an unreacted phosphate group in the MPDPP in the compound and an unreacted hydroxyl in the phosphate group may react with isocyanate, the flame retardant is a reactive flame retardant. Due to the reaction between the flame retardant and the isocyanate, the flame retardant is uniformly distributed in polyurethane and has a better flame-retardant effect. The flame retardant contains multiple flame-retardant components, namely polyphosphazene group, phosphate ester and phosphate salt. Due to the synergistic effect, the flame retardant has good flame-retardant properties, and can be used for various polyurethane materials.

Abstract: A method for fault location to multi-terminal traveling wave in a direct current distribution line, which belongs to the field of power line fault ranging and location technology. The method includes a main site and a plurality of acquisition points installed into the distribution line and includes steps as follows. Step 1001: collecting and uploading a traveling wave signal by each of the acquisition points after a fault occurs in the line; step 1002: generating a fault record set; step 1003: computing the shortest paths from a central site to other sites and their lengths; step 1004: using expanded two-terminal traveling wave ranging principle for pairing computation; step 1005: converting positions of possible disturbance points into possible disturbance occurrence time points; step 1006: extrapolating from equal path lengths of the possible disturbance points to obtain disturbance time data; and step 1007: determining a final disturbance point.

Abstract: The present application discloses a dicarboxylic acid transporter and its encoding gene dit gene for increasing oil yield of Mucor circinelloides, the dit gene is cloned from the high-yield M. circinelloides WJ11, and the dit gene is transformed into M. circinelloides deficient strain Mu402, the dit gene is integrated into the genome of M. circinelloides by homologous recombination to obtain recombinant strain Mc-Dit. The total fatty acid content of the Mc-Dit strain increased by 33.76% and the intracellular lipid content may reach up to 17.67% of the dry biomass.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a leveling control method for a multi-point support platform, which comprises the steps: respectively measuring and obtaining a load-bearing interaction matrix and a deformation interaction matrix of the platform to construct a load-bearing and deformation joint control matrix; calculating the optimal loads of the legs and measuring the current loads of the legs to obtain the load deviation rates of the legs, and determining if the platform warrants leveling in combination with the two-dimensional inclination angles of the platform; constructing a platform geometry and leg load joint control equation according to the two-dimensional inclination angles of the platform, the load deviations of the legs and the load-bearing and deformation joint control matrix, calculating the actuation quantities of the legs and performing synchronous leveling; and determining the load deviation rates of the legs and the two-dimensional inclination angles of the platform cyclically and performing the actuation control until the leveling goal is achieved. The method is capable of synchronously realizing the geometric leveling of the platform and the load control of the legs, and can significantly improve the speed, geometric accuracy, process stability, leg load-bearing stability and control robustness of the leveling control for the multi-point support platform.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of gene engineering and particularly relates to a method for constructing non-de novo synthesized Mucor circinelloides recombinant strain with high lipid yield, recombinant strain constructed by method, and application of recombinant strain. According to the present invention, a diacylglycerol acyltransferase gene (DGAT) is overexpressed in Mucor circinelloides WJ11 by a homologous recombination technology, and exogenous oil is added for fermentation, such that the non-de novo synthesized Mucor circinelloides recombinant strain with high lipid yield is constructed. Compared with the control strain Mc2075, the fat yield of the Mucor circinelloides is increased; and when the diacylglycerol acyltransferase (DGAT) is transformed into the uracil defective type of Mucor circinelloides WJ11, the fatty acid composition changes after fermentation, and the lipid content may reach 53% of dry cell weight after the fermentation condition is optimized.
