    摘要: The pump actuator head includes a base cap adapted for mounting on a container neck portion and provided with a central hole and a nozzle rotatably mounted on the base cap along an X-axis, and being movable between an operable or open position and an inoperable or closed position. The nozzle has a hollow cylinder centered along the X-axis, having a lower part inserted into the central hole of the base cap, and is provided with a guiding protrusion axially extending from the peripheral wall of the cylinder. The nozzle also has a dispensing nose extending from the cylinder and defining a dispensing channel. The base cap includes means provided in the inner face of the base cap for limiting or slowing the rotation of the nozzle. Finally, the guiding protrusion interferes with the means for limiting and for slowing down the rotation of the nozzle when turning the nozzle.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an auto-open compact container including: an outer container (10) having a button (10) formed on one side thereof; an outer container lid (20) hinge-coupled to one side of the outer container (10) to be opened/closed; an inner container (30) which is mounted inside the outer container (10), and an upper rim of which is sealed by an annular packing member (23) inserted into an inner periphery of the outer container lid (20); an inner container cover (40) coupled to an upper portion of the inner container (30) and having a cosmetic material suction hole (41) formed at a center thereof; a pump (50) installed at an upper portion of the inner container cover (40) to pump a cosmetic material; and a discharge plate (60) which is coupled to an upper side of the inner container cover (40) to be vertically moved and coupled to an upper portion of the pump (50) at the same time, and has a plurality of cosmetic material discharging holes (61) formed therein, and an upper portion of which is exposed to the outside such that a user comes into contact with a puff P, wherein the button (11) includes: an air inlet protrusion (111) integrally formed at an upper end thereof to push the annular packing member (23) of the outer container lid (20) by a pressing operation of the user so as to allow external air to be introduced into the inner container (30); a stopper protrusion (112) integrally formed on an outer side of the upper end thereof and unstopped from a hook (21) formed on one side of the outer container lid (20) by a pressing operation of the user to open the outer container lid (20); and return springs (113) protruding from opposite sides thereof in an arc shape to be symmetric to each other, and returning to original positions when the button (11) is pressed and then unpressed while they come into contact with an inner wall (12) of the outer container (10). According to the present disclosure, the air inlet protrusion is formed in the button such that external air is introduced into the inner container simultaneously while the button is pressed to open the outer container lid. Therefore, an inside of the inner container, which is sealed and evacuated, communicates with the outside, thereby making an operation of pressing the discharge plate smooth.

    摘要: A fluid dispensing apparatus includes a fluid reservoir and a dispensing assembly. The dispensing assembly includes a housing and a deformable member that define a metering chamber that is configured to receive a predetermined volume of fluid from the fluid reservoir. The deformable member is deformed from a rest position to an eject position and the deformation causes the volume of the metering chamber to change which results in a change in fluid pressure within the metering chamber. An increase in the fluid pressure within metering chamber causes a predetermined volume of fluid within the metering chamber to be ejected and a decrease in the fluid pressure within the metering chamber causes fluid to be drawn into the metering chamber from the reservoir.

In a first embodiment, the rearward extension is locked by one or more hooks to the free end of the plastic spring on assembly. In a second embodiment, a protrusion on the trigger locks it against removal. The plastic spring biases the trigger member forwardly on trigger release.

The dispenser may be used to draw off fluid from a flexible or rigid bulk container or to draw fluid from a mounted flexible or rigid container such as a sealed-end bag or bottle, or a threaded bag or bottle. The fluid dispenser generally comprises: a connection member communicatively connected to a fluid source container; a body member having a dose cylinder communicatively connected to the connection member; a piston member operationally related to the dose cylinder and spring biased in an extended position; and a trigger member attached to the piston member and communicatively connected to the dose cylinder through the piston member. The dispenser may include an automatic venting feature to assist with the smooth, easy flow of fluid during an application and to prevent contaminants from being suctioned back into the container. The dispenser may also include a dispensing mechanism for dispensing measured doses, a protective cap, insulation and padding.

    摘要: An inexpensive, disposable trigger actuated pump in which the shroud and nose piece are molded as a single unit. In one form of the invention, the pump housing is molded as a single unit with the shroud and nose piece, and a trigger actuator and piston pump are also molded as a single unit for subsequent assembly with the shroud, housing and nose piece unit, return spring, nose valve, dip tube and container to form a completed pump. The trigger actuated pump of the invention thus comprises fewer parts than conventionally manufactured pumps, thereby reducing inventory requirements and assembly steps and consequently reducing the manufacturing costs, enabling the pump to be disposed of after the contents of the container are emptied.
