摘要： During the manufacture of slabs with a veined effect a liquid or powder colouring agent is deposited on the surface of a thin layer of starting mixture by means of at least one dispensing device and the resultant mixture is supplied, falling freely, from one end of an extractor belt forming the bottom of a mixture metering/distributor unit, following which the mixture is transferred, falling freely, onto a temporary moulding support. This results in the production of slabs provided with veining extending through the entire thickness of the slabs and also visible along the whole edge of the slab, even after it has been machined.

摘要： The present invention relates to a paste composition for artificial marble and a method of manufacturing the artificial marble using the same, which can solve the problems of efflorescence and durability in the existing cementitious marble and the problems of thermal resistance and acid tolerance in the existing organic binder-based marble, and can provide an insulating function to the artificial marble by using an inorganic binder such as an amorphous activated aluminosilicate compound and also using a lightweight particulate porous inorganic material. The method of manufacturing the artificial marble includes preparing paste for artificial marble by mixing 10˜20 parts by weight of white cement, 3˜10 parts by weight of amorphous activated aluminosilicate, 40˜70 parts by weight of broken-stone chip, 5˜10 parts by weight of water, 0.1˜1 part by weight of water-reducing agent and 10˜30 parts by weight of lightweight particulate porous inorganic material; pouring and vibration-molding the paste in a mold; curing the paste; inducing a hydrothermal reaction of cured artificial marble at high temperature and high pressure; and machining cured product.

摘要： A concrete tile and method of making a concrete tile are described. The tile is made by the process of (i) creating a concrete mixture including Portland cement, preferably a pozzolanic glass powder from post-consumer recycled glass which is used as a partial replacement for the Portland cement, and an aggregate, (ii) forming the mixture under vibration and compaction in an elongate mold form having a height, a depth and a width, (iii) curing the molded concrete block, and (iv) cutting the cured block parallel to its height and depth, and transverse to its width to form tiles sliced from the block, with first and second parallel faces and a thickness extending between the faces. The tiles are cut to a thickness of between ¼ and ¾ inch. The resulting tile is uniform in material properties throughout its construction, and is particularly suitable for use on walls and floors.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of producing patterned artificial marble, including applying a main slurry for acrylic artificial marble having a single color or a mixed color through a fixed main nozzle to a predetermined thickness on a film being conveyed at a predetermined speed; lowering a patterning nozzle, which is mounted above the film being conveyed so as to be intermittently vertically movable, to the bottom of the main slurry applied on the film conveyed below the patterning nozzle, and then raising it while injecting a patterning slurry having a color different from that of the main slurry into the main slurry to create a desired pattern; and curing the patterned artificial marble slurry having a predetermined thickness in which the patterning slurry is injected into the main slurry to create a desired pattern, and then conducting cutting to a predetermined size and sanding, thus obtaining patterned artificial marble. The patterned artificial marble can exhibit patterns having various sizes and colors, which have not been shown in conventional artificial marble, and thus, realizes superior interior appearances, remarkably improving users' interest in the products and product reliability.
