摘要: The present invention provides dry mix compositions for cement-based tile adhesives having both improved open time and slip resistance comprising one or more gel-like crosslinked cellulose ethers containing polyether groups, preferably, a mixed cellulose ether having polyoxypropylene dioxyethylene ether crosslinks. The gel-like water-soluble crosslinked cellulose ethers containing polyether groups of the present invention are formed from low to medium viscosity cellulose ethers and contain polyether groups having from 2 to 15, or, preferably, 13 or fewer oxyalkylene groups, or, preferably, 7 or more oxyalkylene groups. The present invention also provides methods of using the dry mixes in cement-based tile adhesives.

摘要: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of mortar, and in particular, to three-dimensional (3D) printed mortar and a preparation method therefor, and a 3D printing method for mortar. The mortar includes: 50-70 parts of ordinary Portland cement; 6-14 parts of sulphoaluminate cement; 2-20 parts of slag powder; 18-22 parts of fly ash; 0.25-2 parts of accelerator; 0.05-0.45 parts of cellulose ether; 0.1-0.3 parts of naphthalene series water reducer; 0.4-0.6 parts of redispersible rubber powder; 0.1-0.5 parts of defoamer; 0.1-0.5 parts of early strength agent; 0.4-1.0 part of polypropylene fiber; 100-120 parts of fine aggregate; and 30-40 parts of water. A 3D printing speed of the mortar of the present disclosure can be stably kept within 150-200 mm/s by using the above raw materials at a reasonable ratio.

The process includes the steps of: supplying a cementitious layer and forming a polymer layer on the cementitious layer by additive manufacture such that the polymer layer has a first thickness and the cementitious layer has a second thickness, wherein the polymer layer comprises a polymer and the cementitious layer comprises a cementitious material; and allowing the polymer from the polymer layer to suffuse into the cementitious layer for a period of time to obtain a suffused zone in the cementitious layer such that the suffused zone has a third thickness that is less than half the second thickness.

摘要: Composite cement with improved reactivity and improved fresh properties comprising a hydraulic cement or a caustic activator, a hyaloclastite as pozzolan containing 45-62 wt.-% SiO2, 10-20 wt. % Al2O3, 6-15 wt.-% Fe2O3, 7-15 wt.-% CaO, 7-15 wt.-% MgO, 1.5-4 wt. % (K2O+Na2O), and having 0-5 wt.-% loss on ignition at 950° C. and ≥50 wt.-% X-ray amorphous phase, and a carbonate filler with an at least bimodal particle size distribution adapted to provide a slope n in a Rosin-Rammler-Sperling-Bennett distribution curve of ≤1.15 in a particle size distribution of the composite cement; a method for manufacturing it, as well as use of a composition comprising the hyaloclastite as pozzolan and the carbonate filler as mineral addition for composite cements comprising a hydraulic cement or a caustic activator.

摘要: A color-adjustable repairing agent and a preparation method therefor, and concrete containing the repairing agent are disclosed in the present invention; the repairing agent is a mixture of microbial powder, dopamine and a calcium source immobilized by cement; and according to total mass of the mixture, a mass percentage of the microbial powder is 44%-54%, a mass percentage of the dopamine is 1%-5%, and a mass percentage of the calcium source is 44%-54%; according to the present invention, dopamine is mixed into a microbial self-repairing agent, a cement-immobilized microbial self-repairing agent is used for preparing repairing agent particles, a crack area of microbial self-repairing concrete is repaired, and repairing performance of the concrete and a color of a repairing product of the crack area are tested.

摘要: A limestone calcined clay cement construction composition comprises a) a cementitious binder comprising one or more calcium silicate mineral phases and one or more calcium aluminate mineral phases, and having a Blaine surface area of at least 3800 cm2/g; b) a supplementary cementitious material having a Dv90 of less than 200 μm comprising (b-1) a calcined clay material and (b-2) a carbonate rock powder in a weight ratio of (b-1) to (b-2) in the range of 0.5 to 2; c) optionally, an extraneous aluminate source; d) a sulfate source; and e) a polyol. The composition contains a controlled amount of available aluminate, calculated as Al(OH)4−, from the calcium aluminate mineral phases plus the optional extraneous aluminate source; and the molar ratio of total available aluminate to sulfate is 0.4 to 2.0. The construction composition further comprises f) an ettringite formation controller. The limestone calcined clay cement construction composition is a reduced carbon footprint composition and exhibits high early strength, high final strength, sufficient open time and high durability.
