摘要: The invention relates to a mounting device for connecting a door panel to a door connection element, including a door panel mount connectable with the door connection element and having a support portion, and an attaching element, which is connectable with the door panel and is to be attached to the support portion of the door panel mount for mounting the door panel on the door panel mount. It is provided that the support portion of the door panel mount and the attaching element when being attached to one another together form a pivot joint for a pivotable connection of the door panel with the door connection element. The pivot joint defines a pivot axis and the attaching element is attachable to the support portion of the door panel mount in an attaching direction having a directional component vertical to the pivot axis.

摘要: A railroad vehicle that moves a door to an airtight position and maintains air tightness of the door without increasing the size of a cylinder device; and a plug door for a railroad vehicle. When a door moves to a position, a piston extends in the vehicle width direction, a pressing member is contacts the inner surface of the door, and the door is moved toward a door frame. An auxiliary pressing device brings the piston into perpendicular contact with the inner surface of the door making it is possible to efficiently move and press the door without increasing the size of a cylinder device even when the door must be moved across a distance to arrive at an airtight position. The main pressing device is used to press the door toward the door frame.

In the door control device, after operation of “Full Close” in one status has been detected, obstruction occurs in a door close detection switch ON/OFF detection portion so that one event “Dcsm=OFF”, e.g. a signal (Dcsm=OFF) indicating OFF detected by the door close detection switch ON/OFF detection portion is obtained. On this occasion, operation of “ReClose” in another status is executed so that drive toward a close direction is continued by a door close control portion through a reclose command portion until another event “Dcsm=ON”, e.g. a signal (Dcsm=ON) indicating ON detected by the door close detection switch ON/OFF detection portion is obtained.

摘要: A side sliding door apparatus for an electric railcar includes two sliding doors movably supported by a horizontal door rail to open and close an entrance of the electric railcar. The side sliding door apparatus includes an actuator for actuating the sliding door, a locking mechanism for locking the sliding door in a closed state, and an unlocking mechanism for unlocking the sliding door locked by the locking mechanism. The actuator, the locking mechanism, and the unlocking mechanism are provided in each of the two sliding doors. The right and left actuators operate independently from each other, and thus, even if the actuator for one sliding door breaks down, the other sliding door still can be used.

摘要: A railcar door assembly includes a drive mechanism operably connected to elongated support members for selectively imparting rotation of movement thereto, and a retarder assembly for preventing movement of the drive mechanism beyond defined limits. The drive mechanism includes a gear segment mounted on a bearing plate, and the retarder assembly is comprised of a pin and a retarder block. The pin extends through openings in each of the retarder block and bearing plate. The gear segment is rotated until a lobe of the gear first contacts and then compresses the block, thereby preventing further rotation of the gear segment. This arrangement effectively prevents undesired drifting of a railcar door into the side of the railcar itself.

摘要: A sliding door is provided for use on a rail car having a floor and a side wall with an opening therein along one side of the floor. The opening is defined by a pair of side posts having respective front surface and a top and bottom sill. The front surfaces of the side posts define a sealing surface lying in a common vertical sealing plane with respective sealing surfaces of the top and bottom sill. The door is slidable on rails between an open position and a closed position across the opening. Pivotal mounting members mount the door on the rails for movement of the door in the closed position transversely to the rails and inwardly toward the opening from an outer sliding position to an inner sealed position. The door includes two side beams, a top beam and a bottom beam, each having a surface within a common plane for sealing with the respective sealing surface in the common vertical sealing plane of the opening.

摘要: An improved guide bracket for doors on railroad cars which reduces or eliminates wear of the guide bracket and the guide member of the lower door track of the railroad car. The improved guide bracket includes a J-shaped plate and a tubular plastic wear collar or member mounted on the plate. The wear collar engages the inner surface of the guide member of the lower door track and prevents wear of the guide member when the door moves or vibrates. When worn, the wear collar may be separately replaced without replacing the entire J-plate and or track.

摘要: Mechanism for moving plug type railway car doors transversely of the car side into and out of the door opening therein and longitudinally of the car side toward and away from the opening comprises a carriage adjacent the front of the door supporting the door directly on a mounting track and a mounting shaft adjacent the rear edge of the door supported via a crank on a track supported carriage, a longitudinal rack on the car side adjacent the door with manually actuated pinion means supported thereon and movable longitudinally thereof, operating means on the door actuable by longitudinal movement of the pinion means for unlatching the door and for rotating the door mounting shaft to move the door outwardly and inwardly, including means for automatically disconnecting the operating means from rotation-producing relation with the mounting shaft when the door is latched and when the door is being moved longitudinally of the car, and stiff resilient means for retaining the door in its selected outward and inward positions and thereby eliminating the possibility of interference betewen the door and car side during longitudinal movement of the door, into and out of registry with the door opening therein.
