    摘要: A decoupling element for an exhaust system (1) of a combustion engine, with an elastic exhaust gas-conducting body (3), with at least one support ring (7) connected to the body (3) in a fixed manner, which encloses an axial end portion (8) of the body (3) on the outside in the circumferential direction (5), and with at least one flange (9), which is fastened to the support ring (7) by means of a weld seam (12), wherein the flange (9) comprises a connecting piece (13), which is inserted in the end portion (8) of the body (3) enclosed by the support ring (7), and wherein the weld seam (12) is configured circumferential on the outside and connects an axial face end (14) of the support ring (7) facing away from the body (3) to the outer circumference (15) of the connecting piece (13) of the flange (9).

    摘要: A pulsation damper configured to reduce pressure peaks in a pipe system. The pulsation damper comprises an elastic pipe section arranged to be in a small volume state or a large volume state. A first volume held in the elastic pipe section in the large volume state is greater than a second volume held in the elastic pipe section in the small volume state. The elastic pipe section has an elliptical cross section in the small volume state. A ratio between a major axis and a minor axis of the elastic pipe section is in the range 1.05 to 10.0, such as 1.1 to 1.5.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a sleeve which utilizes fluid pressure to form a seal between two cylindrical objects, typically a manhole wall and its associated conduit. The structure includes a ribbed annular sleeve provided with an inner chamber having valves disposed thereon to permit the introduction of a liquid which when introduced applies pressure on the seal and assures a tight fit. The seal is so constructed to act as a shock absorberand to counter act movement caused by vibration, deflection, or settlement, and a rubber gasket joint between vertical sections of manholes of variable heights, forms a water tight flexible seal, and is also used in joining concrete pipe approximately 18" through approximately 108" in all types of pressure conduits or gravity sewer lines.

The manifold includes an elongated member at least partially defining a fluid chamber through which the fluid is adapted to flow, a longitudinal axis, and an interior surface; a fluid liner disposed within the fluid chamber and adapted to dynamically respond to pressure fluctuations within the fluid chamber as the fluid flows therethrough; and a wear indicator positioned radially between the interior surface of the elongated member and the longitudinal axis. The fluid liner is subject to wear and/or erosion due to the flow of the fluid therethrough and/or the dynamic response of the fluid liner to the pressure fluctuations within the fluid chamber. The wear indicator is adapted to indicate the degree to which the fluid liner has been subjected to the wear and/or erosion.
