A power terminal in the mount plate housing provides electrical power to the audiovisual device. A hot wire connected with the power terminal extends from the mount plate housing. A ground wire extending from the mount plate housing is configured to be connected with a corresponding ground wire of the audiovisual device. A first insulation piercing interconnect is connected with the hot wire. A second insulation piercing interconnect is connected with the ground wire.     摘要: A vision system of a vehicle includes a camera receiving socket fixedly disposed at an exterior portion of a vehicle. The camera receiving socket includes a socket electrical connector that is electrically connected to a wire harness of the vehicle. A camera assembly includes a lens and imager and associated circuitry, and includes a camera body that is configured to removably attach at the camera receiving socket. The camera assembly includes a camera electrical connector electrically connected to the circuitry. When the camera body is attached at the camera receiving socket, the camera body mechanically attaches at the camera receiving socket to detachably retain the camera assembly at the vehicle and the camera electrical connector is electrically connected to the socket electrical connector. When the camera body is detachably attached at the camera receiving socket, the camera assembly has a field of view exterior of the vehicle.

    摘要: A vehicle lamp using an LED optical unit can include a connector. The LED optical unit can include a circuit board upon which an LED is mounted, a shield plate including lock grooves and a connector including terminal members and engaging portions. Each of the terminal members can contact with conductor pads of the circuit board with confidence using an elastic force of the terminal members, while each of the engaging portions is engaged with the lock grooves via insert slits in the circuit board and the shield plate. The connector can be attached to the circuit board by inserting the engaging portions into the insert slits and by rotating the connector. The LED can receive power supply via the conductor pads and can emit variously-colored lights. Thus, vehicle lamps can be used for various vehicles with a simple structure by using the disclosed LED optical unit including connector.

    摘要: The invention relates to a socket for a baseless vehicle light. The light includes a lens, a circuit board having plural through holes, and a socket. The socket possesses a plugging groove, two plugging holes formed in the plugging groove, a slot bored in each plugging hole, two terminals respectively inserted into one of the plugging holes, a conductive pin located at one end of each terminal to extend through the slot to connect with the circuit board, and plural connecting members set on one side to correspondingly engage with the through holes. A waterproof resin is injected into the lens to cover on the circuit board and the socket to keep the circuit board positioned in the lens. Thus, a plug of an vehicle is, not cut off, directly plugged into the socket, enabling the light conveniently installed in a vehicle.

    摘要: A lamp fixation system for fixing an electric lamp in a reflector housing in an efficient and effective way. The lamp is positioned in a predetermined position to ensure a reliable electrical power supply.
