    摘要: A switch includes a first switching member and a latch circuit. A first terminal of the first switching member is electrically connected to a power source, while a second terminal thereof is electrically connected to a loading. The latch circuit includes a first transistor and a second transistor which are mutually electrically connected. The first transistor is electrically connected to the first terminal, and the second transistor is electrically connected to the control terminal. By inputting a trigger voltage to the second transistor, the second transistor and the first switching member are conducted, which makes the first transistor become conductive. After the first transistor becoming conductive, the first transistor provides electricity to the second transistor to cause latching effect, and to consequently keep the first switching member conductive.

    摘要: A switching power source according to one embodiment includes a first transistor and a second transistor. The first transistor is connected to a positive electrode of a DC voltage source. The second transistor is connected between the first transistor and a negative electrode of the DC voltage source. The first transistor and the second transistor are alternately placed in conducting state. A gate signal is applied to a gate terminal of the first transistor with reference to a voltage of a terminal of the first transistor that is connected to the positive electrode. A gate signal is applied to a gate terminal of the second transistor with reference to a voltage of a terminal of the second transistor that is connected to the negative electrode. The first transistor and the second transistor are configured with wide bandgap semiconductors of mutually different materials, respectively.

    摘要: A write driver for an inductive load includes load terminals for connection to an inductive load, and an impedance-matched driver circuit responsive to first and second control signals to supply a drive current through the load in respective first and second directions. The inductive load includes an inductive write head and a transmission line of predetermined impedance connected to the write head for connection to the first and second load terminals. Ringing is suppressed by the impedance-matching of the driver circuit to the transmission line connecting the load to the terminals.

    摘要: An integrated full bridge circuit includes four transistors divided into two series-connected pairs of transistors each forming a half bridge circuit. Resistor elements each connect a respective one of the pairs of transistors to a reference potential. Other resistor elements are each connected to a respective one of two separate supply terminals inside a housing. Each of the other resistor elements is connected to one of the transistors of a respective one of the pairs of transistors at a junction. Driver transistors each have a load path with two connections and a type complementary to the transistors connected to the other resistor elements. One of the connections is connected upstream of the control terminal of a respective one of the transistors connected to the other resistor elements. The other of the connections in each of the half bridge circuits is connected to the junction in the other of the half bridge circuits. The advantage is power loss reduction.
