    摘要: A high reliability AC load switching circuit is disclosed. In some embodiments, the AC load switching circuit includes a high-speed switch connected between the load and the voltage source, a cutoff switch connected between the load and the voltage source in parallel with the high-speed switch, and a level detector connected to the voltage source and to a control input of the high-speed switch. The high-speed switch may be a solid-state switch, for example, a TRIAC or a bidirectional switch, and the cutoff switch may be an electromechanical switch, for example, a relay. In some embodiments a snubber is connected in parallel with a solid-state switch. In some embodiments a microcontroller is connected to an eletromechanical switch and the level detector. In some embodiments, both a first cutoff switch and a second cutoff switch are used.

    摘要: A circuit and a method for detecting a current zero-crossing point, and a circuit and method for detecting a load voltage are disclosed. The circuit for detecting current zero-crossing point includes: a load power supply circuit (14), a voltage-dividing resistor (16), a transistor switch (15), a zero-crossing detection circuit (19); the load power supply circuit (14) includes: a load (11), a diode (13), and an inductor (12); one end of the load power supply circuit (14) is connected with the operating voltage input terminal, the other end of the load power supply circuit (14) is connected with a first end of the transistor switch (15) and a first end of the voltage-dividing resistor (16), a second end of the voltage-dividing resistor (16) and a second end of the transistor switch (15) are connected with the ground, the load voltage is controlled by the transistor switch (15), the voltage-dividing terminal of the voltage-dividing resistor (16) is connected to a signal input terminal of the zero-crossing detection circuit (19), the zero-crossing detection circuit (19) is used to determine whether the current of the diode (13) crosses zero to obtain the on time of the diode (13), and the circuit for detecting load voltage uses the on time of the diode (13) and the on time of the transistor switch (15) to obtain the load voltage. The circuits are simple, but with high detection efficiency and low cost.

The apparatus can also include circuitry configured to automatically adjust the trigger input voltage to a value configured to be compatible with a provided attached system. A working range of the trigger input voltage can exceed a compatible working range of the provided attached system.

    摘要: An electromagnetic contactor has a contact device having a pair of fixed contacts and a movable contact; and an electromagnet unit including an exciting coil driving a movable plunger connected through a connecting shaft. The contact device is configured such that L-shaped portions have a contact portion formed in the pair of fixed contacts fixed maintaining a predetermined interval, and two ends of the movable contact are disposed to be capable of contacting to and separating from the contact portions of the L-shaped portion on a side opposite to that of the electromagnet unit. The electromagnet unit includes a magnetic yoke enclosing a plunger drive portion, a movable plunger having a leading end protruding through an aperture formed in the magnetic yoke and urged by a return spring, and a ring-form permanent magnet magnetized in a movable direction of the movable plunger and fixed to enclose a peripheral flange portion.

    摘要: A circuit is provided for providing a drive signal. The circuit comprises a live input and a neutral input, an output for providing a drive signal, a master logic gate. The first output is connected to the master logic gate output. A dc signal is connected to the input of the master logic gate so that the output of the master logic gate changes when the state of the input changes. A shunt is connected to the live input and is capable of being switched into and out of the circuit in response to the live input voltage changing from positive to negative with respect to the neutral input voltage and vice versa. The shunt is also arranged to provide a short circuit for the dc signal to bypass the input of the master logic gate.

    摘要: A bi-directional DC power controller is provided with a bi-directional DC switch connected between a pair of terminals for connection to a pair of line power conductors. A first difference amplifier is connected to receive voltages at these terminals and to produce an output voltage signal which is proportional to the difference in voltages between these terminals when the voltage at one of the terminals is greater than the voltage at the other terminal, and is constant when the voltage at the second terminal is greater than the voltage at the first terminal. A second differential amplifier also receives voltage signals from these terminals and produces an output voltage signal which is proportional to the difference in voltages between the terminals when the voltage at the second terminal is greater than the voltage at the first terminal, and which is constant when the voltage at the first terminal is greater than the voltage at the second terminal. The outputs of the difference amplifiers are combined to produce a control voltage signal having a magnitude that is proportional to the absolute value of the difference between voltages at the terminals. This control signal is used to control the operation of the bi-directional DC switch.
