    摘要: The technology disclosed herein relates to a battery housing having a casing with a plurality of sidewalls defining an installation opening and a battery cavity configured to receive a battery. The plurality of sidewalls has a first sidewall having a tab receptacle. A cover extends across the installation opening, the cover has a first end, a second end, and an engagement tab towards the second end. The engagement tab is configured to removably extend through the tab receptacle from outside the casing towards the battery cavity. The engagement tab defines an engagement surface that is configured to frictionally engage the first sidewall in the battery cavity. An adjustable compression mechanism couples the first end of the cover to the casing and defines an axial distance between the casing and the cover. The adjustable compression mechanism is configured to adjustably compress the cover and the casing together across the axial distance.

    摘要: A case of a battery wiring module includes a first case body that has a groove-like first wire insertion portion, a second case body that has a groove-like second wire insertion portion, a first cover that covers an opening of the first wire insertion portion, and a second cover that covers an opening of the second wire insertion portion. The first wire insertion portion and the second wire insertion portion are provided in parallel along the lengthwise direction of an electric wire. In addition, the opening of the first wire insertion portion and the opening of the second wire insertion portion are open in the same direction. The case also includes an overlapping portion in which the first cover and the second cover overlap each other in the opening direction of opening of first and second wire insertion portions.

    摘要: A battery module includes batteries, bus bars, a flexible flat cable and connecting terminals. Each battery includes a first electrode and a second electrode. Each bus bar connects the first electrode of one battery with the second electrode of another battery. At least one of the bus bar is arranged obliquely. The flexible flat cable includes a number of wires arranged in parallel. Each connecting terminal includes a first connecting portion connected to a corresponding bus bar and a second connecting portion connected to a corresponding wire of the flexible flat cable. Compared with the prior art, at least one of the bus bars of the present disclosure is arranged obliquely, thereby reducing the difficulty of arranging the batteries. In addition, by providing the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, it is convenient to realize the assembly of the battery module.
