摘要: A battery pack including a battery and a battery case is attached under a floor of a vehicle. The battery case includes a bottom plate and side frames. Each side frame includes a protection region, a vertical rib and a deformation region arranged in this order from inside to outside. The deformation region is provided with a first plate having a first buckling point and connected to a first portion of the vertical rib, a second plate having a second buckling point at a same position as the first buckling point in a vertical direction and connected to a second portion of the vertical rib, and a third plate connected to the first buckling point and a third portion of the vertical rib and located between the first and second portions. A length between the first and third portions is shorter than a length between the second and third portions.

摘要: A battery pack is mounted on a vehicle. The battery pack has a battery, and a battery case accommodating the battery. The battery case includes a base plate on which the battery is placed, a frame member joined to an outer edge of the base plate, and a cover covering the battery and attached to the frame member via a sealing member. The frame member includes a protection region located on an inner side with respect to the sealing member, and a deformation region located on an outer side with respect to the sealing member. The base plate is joined to the frame member in the protection region, and a tip end of the base plate extends to at least the deformation region when viewed in a cross section.

The compressive stressing device can be fastened to a tensile stressing device of the frame arrangement by way of the fastening part. The bracing part is designed to come to lie against the battery cell assembly. The fastening part and the bracing part are connected to one another by way of the bracing joint mechanism, the bracing joint mechanism being designed such that, when the bracing part is subjected to a bracing force acting in the direction of the fastening part, the bracing part is moved in a bracing direction towards the fastening part by the bracing joint mechanism yielding in a defined manner.

摘要: A power supply system (10) is used for supplying power to a power system of an electric tractor and comprises a bracket (100) that is provided above and below a frame of a transport trailer, first cases (200) that are provided on the bracket and first power battery packs that are suspended inside the first case. Each of the first cases is provided with a first ventilation structure and a second ventilation structure (211) so that while the transport trailer is moving, wind can enter the first case from the first ventilation structure and be discharged from the second ventilation structure, thus achieving further cooling and heat dissipation for the first power battery packs and avoiding service life being impacted due to the first power battery pack overheating.

摘要: This disclosure relates generally to an apparatus for organizing battery cells. The apparatus includes a block including: sleeves forming chambers, a first sheet configured to locate the sleeves, and a foam structure surrounding the sleeves. Each chamber is configured to accommodate a battery cell. The block is configured to: organize the battery cells into battery cell groups, separate each battery cell group from its adjacent battery cell groups using a thermally insulating material, and prevent gas from entering into each battery cell group from its adjacent battery cell groups. Each battery cell group includes a plurality of the battery cells, each of the battery cells in the battery cell group is adjacent to at least another of the battery cells in the battery cell group. Each battery cell group is adjacent to at least another battery cell group.
