    摘要: An apparatus for shifting the body weight of a runner from a runner's legs to a wheeled frame for enhancing the runner's performance and minimizing leg strain comprises a loop of elastic rod-shaped material stretchable during standing and during running movement. A base bend of the elastic is secured to a pelvic harness at the top of the back of each leg, and another bend of the elastic is secured to the wheeled frame. A third bend is supported on pulleys mounted on a height adjustable tee on the wheeled frame. This brings about a significant shift of the runner's weight from the runner's legs to the wheeled frame.

    摘要: A steering damper mounting structure of a vehicle includes a head pipe, a front fork, a fork bridge, and a steering damper. The front fork, which suspends a front wheel, is steerably disposed on the head pipe. The fork bridge connects left and right members of the front fork. The steering damper is mounted on the fork bridge and the head pipe. The steering damper dampens a steering directional movement transmitted from a road surface to a handlebar via the front wheel and the front fork. A lower mounting portion on a side of the head pipe is disposed on a side of an axis as a center of pivotal motion of the front fork relative to the fork bridge, more specifically, an upper mounting portion on a side of the top bridge. The resulting configuration reduces the size of a front portion of a vehicle and a steering damper.

    摘要: A cylindrical steering damper apparatus for a motorcycle has a relatively simple structure, in which a gradually increasing damping force is generated according to the turned angle when a handlebar is turned, and the damping force is not generated when the handlebar is returned. The cylindrical damper is disposed between a head pipe, for pivotally supporting a steering stem, and a fork bridge of a front fork, so as to be the shortest when the handlebarbar is at a neutral position. The cylindrical damper is connected to the head pipe and the fork bridge via spherical ball-and-socket joints. The cylindrical damper generates the damping force when being expanded. Since the cylindrical damper is expanded when the handlebar is turned in either a left or right direction, a damping force is generated.

It is formed by a first component installed in the control head bearing with a circular arc-shaped groove that is arranged coaxially to the rotational axis of the control head bearing and a stop element protruding into this groove. The stop element is arranged on a second component that can be moved relative to the first part. The stop at the lower control head bearing is arranged within the head tube. The circular arc-shaped groove is arranged in the base and open towards the lower bearing shell. The lower bearing shell comprises an open recess extending over its height to the lower rolling bearing, which receives a stop element. The stop element has a radial lug protruding into the circular groove of the base.
