摘要: The purpose is to provide an organic EL display device which has good sensitivity and is free from the occurrence of luminance decrease or pixel shrinkage, thereby having excellent long-term reliability. In order to achieve the above-described purpose, provided is the following configuration. Namely, an organic EL display device wherein an insulating layer formed on a first electrode is a cured film obtained by curing a photosensitive resin composition; and the residual amount of acid anhydrides contained in the cured film is from 0.003 to 0.04 (inclusive) when the residual amount of aromatic rings contained in the cured film is taken as 1 (the reference value).

摘要: Embodiments of the invention include a semiconductor light emitting device including a semiconductor structure. The semiconductor structure includes a light emitting layer disposed between an n-type region and a p-type region. A wavelength converting structure is disposed in a path of light emitted by the light emitting layer. A diffuse reflector is disposed along a sidewall of the semiconductor light emitting device and the wavelength converting structure. The diffuse reflector includes a pigment. A reflective layer is disposed between the diffuse reflector and the semiconductor structure. The reflective layer is a different material from the diffuse reflector.

摘要: Provided is an organic light emitting display comprising: a substrate including a light emitting zone and a non-light emitting zone, which is positioned around the outside of the light emitting zone; at least one organic light emitting diode formed on the light emitting zone; an encapsulation layer for sealing the organic light emitting diode; and a dam formed on the non-light emitting zone, wherein the encapsulation layer includes a structure in which at least one inorganic layer and at least one organic layer are alternatingly stacked, wherein the organic layer is made from a display sealing material composition, and wherein the display sealing material composition comprises a photo-curable monomer and a photopolymerization initiator. The photo-curable monomer comprises: a monomer not having an aromatic hydrocarbon group; and a monomer, represented by chemical formula 1, having at least two substituted or non-substituted phenyl groups, wherein the photo-curable monomer comprises approximately 5 wt. % to 45 wt. % of the monomer having the at least two substituted or non-substituted phenyl groups, and approximately 55 wt. % to 95 wt. % of a monomer not having the aromatic hydrocarbon group.

The light-emitting device includes a substrate, a plurality of light-emitting elements, and a plurality of light-transmitting units. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The second surface is opposite the first surface. The plurality of light-emitting elements are located on the first surface side of the substrate. Each of the plurality of light-transmitting units is located between light-emitting elements adjacent to each other. The light-emitting device has light-transmitting properties by the plurality of light-transmitting units. Light from the plurality of light-emitting elements is emitted mainly from the second surface of the substrate. The amount of light leakage from light emitted from each light-emitting element and leaked toward the outside of the first surface of the substrate is suppressed.

摘要: The invention comprises a solid state infrared source and method of use thereof comprising: (1) an electrically conductive film, comprising a semi-transparent material, the semi-transparent material comprising a transmission property of at least forty percent, wherein at least forty percent of internal infrared emissions from the electrically conductive film transmit to an outer surface of the electrically conductive film, wherein the infrared emissions comprise a peak intensity between 3.9 and 6 micrometers; (2) a first silicon nitride layer; and (3) a second silicon nitride layer, the electrically conductive film positioned between the first silicon nitride layer and the second silicon nitride layer, where applying an electric current of less than one Watt through the electrically conductive film raises a temperature of the electrically conductive film to in excess of eight hundred degrees centigrade in less than twenty milliseconds resultant in the infrared emissions.
