    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling from a network entity configuring a virtual cell group with multiple cells, where each cell may have a radio frequency spectrum band with a frequency gap that exceeds an operating band threshold. The network entity may transmit additional control signaling including information for the virtual cell group. In some cases, the additional control signaling may include resource allocation information for the virtual cell group, such that the UE may communicate multiple shared channels via different cells in the virtual cell group using the resources indicated in the resource allocation information. In some other cases, the additional control signaling may include a cancellation indication for the virtual cell group, such that the UE may refrain from communicating signals using one or more cells of the virtual cell group.

    Abstract: Some techniques and apparatuses described herein permit a user equipment (UE) to transition among different power configurations, which include different values for different power parameters, that impact an amount of power consumed by the UE. In some aspects, these transitions may be signaled by a base station based at least in part on traffic volume for the UE, which may assist with improving throughput and/or extending battery life of the UE. Furthermore, these transitions may be signaled dynamically, such as in downlink control information (DCI) and/or a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) MAC-CE, which may conserve battery power and/or network resources as compared to reconfiguring the UE using an RRC message, and which may allow the UE to be reconfigured quickly as conditions associated with the UE change.

    Abstract: Aspects are provided allowing a first base station to distinguish between cross-link interference and remote interference caused to a second base station and to apply different mitigation mechanisms based on the type of interference. A UE receives from a second base station a reference signal based on a reference signal identifier that indicates a location of the second base station that is experiencing interference from the first base station. The UE sends to the first base station an indication of the reference signal received from the second base station. The first base station receives from the UE the indication of the reference signal from the second base station based on the reference signal identifier. The first base station applies a mitigation mechanism based on whether the reference signal identifier indicates that the second base station is a remote base station or a neighbor base station.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, signaling indicating a channel state information (CSI) report configuration. The CSI report configuration may indicate a mapping between one or more CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources or one or more CSI-RS port groups and one or more antenna panels or antenna subpanels of the base station. The UE may generate CSI feedback based on the mapping. In some cases, the UE may generate the CSI feedback based on multiple hypotheses that correspond to CSI-RS measurements. In some examples, the multiple hypotheses may include a set of hypothesis groups based on one or more antenna panels or antenna subpanels of the base station. The UE may transmit a message reporting the CSI feedback to the base station.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) messages scheduling downlink data transmissions at the UE, where at least one DCI message schedules two or more downlink data transmissions. The UE may determine, based on the DCI messages, a first set of downlink resources associated with a first control resource set (CORESET) group and a second set of downlink resources associated with a second CORESET group. The UE may receive one or more first downlink data transmissions on the first set of downlink resources and one or more second downlink data transmissions on the second set of downlink resources. The UE may communicate using a first set of parameters associated with the first CORESET group and a second set of parameters associated with the second CORESET group.
