Abstract: A vapor delivery system and method is provided that is adapted for ablating bladder tissue to treat overactive bladder (OAB). The vapor delivery system includes an anchor tip configured anchor the system in the bladder while condensable vapor is delivered to target tissue. In one method, the vapor delivery system is advanced transurethrally into the patient to access the target tissue of the bladder, which can include a surface sensor of the bladder responsible for creating an urge incontinence sensation. The vapor delivery system includes a vapor source that provides a high quality vapor for delivery to tissue.

Abstract: A system for treating tissue includes a capsule including a channel extending therethrough; first and second clip arms each extending from a proximal end to a distal end, the proximal ends being received within the channel of a capsule to be moved between an open tissue receiving configuration; and a closed tissue clipping configuration. The first clip arm includes a first tissue retention feature at a distal portion thereof configured to pierce through a target tissue when in the tissue clipping configuration and subsequently release the target tissue when the clip arms are moved to an at least partially open configuration. The second clip arm includes a second tissue retention feature at a distal portion thereof configured to pierce and retain the target tissue thereon when in both the closed tissue clipping configuration and the open tissue receiving configuration.

The medical device may further include an end-effector disposed at the distal end of the elongate member. The end-effector may include a plurality of arms pivotally connected to one another, wherein each arm includes a tissue-contacting surface, a first portion of the tissue-contacting surface including a plurality of ridges configured to grasp tissue. Abstract: A medical device that includes a sensor including a filter array. The sensor is configured to capture a raw image and the filter array is configured to filter the raw image into a frame of raw pixel values including first, second, and third pixel values. The medical device includes non-transitory computer readable medium storing demosaicing instructions that, when executed, causes a processor to exclude the first pixel values from the frame of raw pixel values. The processor generates estimated second pixel values at locations of the excluded first pixel values and the third pixel values on the frame, and generates estimated third pixel values at locations of the excluded first pixel values and the second pixel values on the frame. The processor creates a processed image having a partial-resolution frame from the second pixel values, estimated second pixel values, third pixel values, and estimated third pixel values.

Abstract: A support catheter may be used in combination with a guidewire or other medical device. The support catheter may be adapted to provide both high pushability and good torque response. The elongate shaft of the support catheter may include a polymeric inner layer, stainless steel braided layer disposed over the polymeric inner layer, and a polymeric blend layer that is extruded directly over the stainless-steel braided layer. The construction of the elongate shaft may provide the support catheter with a pushability value of at least 900 grams per centimeter and a torque response value of less than 300 degrees.

Abstract: A clipping device includes a capsule including a longitudinal body and a cap mounted over a distal end thereof so that the cap is movable relative to the longitudinal body from a pre-deployed configuration to a deployed configuration in which the cap, is moved proximally relative to the longitudinal body to reduce a length of the capsule. A channel of the cap and a channel of the capsule are substantially aligned with respect to one another. At least proximal portions of a pair of clip arms are received within the channels of the cap and the longitudinal body so that the clip arms are movable relative to the capsule between an open configuration, in which distal ends of the clip arms are separated from one another, and a closed configuration, in which the distal ends of the clip arms are drawn toward one another.
