    Abstract: A refrigerant leak management system includes a controller is configured to receive a signal indicative of a refrigerant pressure within a refrigerant circuit and determine whether the refrigerant pressure is indicative of a refrigerant leak in the refrigerant circuit. In response to determining that the refrigerant pressure is indicative of the refrigerant leak, the controller is configured to activate a fan configured to motivate air proximate the refrigerant circuit.

    Abstract: A computerized method of assigning a building automation system point type to a plurality of unclassified data points is provided. The method includes receiving unclassified data points and attributes for each data point. The method includes receiving classifications for a first subset of the unclassified data points. Each classification associates a data point with a building automation system point type. The method includes generating a term set containing substrings that appear in the attributes. The method includes generating a first matrix describing a frequency that the substrings appear in the attributes. The method includes calculating an indicator of a probability that the presence of the selected substring results in the data point belonging to the selected point type. The method includes assigning a point type to a second subset by finding the substring and potential point type pair having the greatest indication of probability.

    Abstract: A building management system (BMS) network interface device including an external communication device configured to provide communication between the BMS network interface and a number of user devices, over a first network. The device further includes a BMS network communication interface for communicating with one or more BMS devices over a second network. The device includes a processing circuit, which includes a number of tools configured to be accessed via a user interface, and further configured to communicate with one or more BMS devices on the second network. The tools include a tailored view tool and a device checkout tool. The tailored view is configured to allow a user to modify the information displayed on the user interface. The device checkout tool is configured to allow a user to select one or more devices on the second network and to modify one or more attributes of the selected devices using the user interface.

    Abstract: A building management system includes a communications bus, field devices connected to the communications bus, a cloud service including a machine learning engine; and a controller for an HVAC device. The controller communicates with the communications bus and the cloud service and is configured to transmit messages through the communications bus to the field devices, compile a list of connected field devices, receive sample data from the connected field devices, and transmit the sample data from the connected field devices to the cloud service. The controller is further configured to receive identifying characteristics for each of the connected field devices from the cloud service and to select a control logic file for the HVAC device based on the identifying characteristics.

    Abstract: A working fluid distribution system for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a distributor tube composed of a flexible material and configured to supply a working fluid to a component of an HVAC circuit of the HVAC system. The fluid distribution system includes an actuator coupled to the distributor tube and configured to be actuated to adjust a geometry of the distributor tube. Additionally, the fluid distribution system includes a controller configured to instruct the actuator to adjust the geometry of the distributor tube based on an operating condition.
