Abstract: A method for communicating a relay user equipment (UE) for a device to device (D2D) link at a UE in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes steps of receiving, from the relay UE, information on an identifier of a second cell connected with the relay UE; transmitting, to a first cell connected with the UE, an assistance message including information that an identifier of the first cell is different from the identifier of the second cell; receiving, from the first cell, a resource allocation message including resource information for a communication via the relay UE; and performing the communication via the relay UE based on the resource information.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for transmitting a sidelink signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The method comprises receiving, from a network, a threshold value for a transmission of the sidelink signal; receiving, from the network, an indicator indicating at least one of a specific UE category and a specific service type allowed to transmit the sidelink signal regardless of the threshold value; if a category of the UE is not the specific UE category and the UE is not operating with the specific service type, measuring quality of a serving cell of the UE; and if the quality of the serving cell is less than the threshold value, transmitting the sidelink signal to a target UE, wherein, if the category of the UE is the specific UE category or the UE is operating with the specific service type, the sidelink signal is transmitted to the target UE regardless of the threshold value.

Abstract: A light connection state is different from a substate of a radio resource control connection (RRC) state or the RRC connection state, and is a state which allows free movement of a UE in a plurality of cells without involving a handover process controlled by a network. A terminal in the RRC connection state, which has received a cell radio network temporary identity (C-RNTI) from a first cell, enters the light connection state and then moves to a second cell. The terminal in the light connection state receives, from the second cell, a random access reply including a temporary C-RNTI during a random access process, and replaces the C-RNTI received from the first cell with the temporary C-RNTI.
