Abstract: Due to changes in a flow of an air-fuel mixture in a cylinder, reliable ignition due to spark discharge may not be possible. Therefore, an ignition control unit 24 includes a secondary voltage calculation unit 31 that calculates an average value of a secondary voltage generated on a secondary side of an ignition coil, an irregular flow ratio calculation unit 32 that calculates a ratio of cycles in which the average value of the secondary voltage is equal to or less than a set average value with respect to a cycle of the internal combustion engine in a predetermined period as an irregular flow ratio indicating that the flow of the air-fuel mixture in the cylinder is irregular, and an ignition operation amount correction unit 37 that corrects an ignition operation amount so that the irregular flow ratio is equal to or less than the set ratio value that is the target to be reached of the irregular flow ratio.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an electric brake with excellent operability, in which a compact brake thrust detection sensor is installed. To achieve the object, the electric brake of the present invention includes a rotary shaft rotated by the rotational force, a piston axially moved by a translational force converted from rotation of the rotary shaft, a brake pad pressed against a disc in accompany with a translational motion of the piston, a thrust bearing which receives a thrust load applied to the rotary shaft, and a support member which axially supports the thrust bearing. The thrust bearing includes a first bearing washer which is in contact with the rotary shaft to receive the thrust load, and rotates integrally with the rotary shaft, a second bearing washer fixed to the support member, and multiple rolling elements held between the first bearing washer and the second bearing washer. The second bearing washer has its surface in contact with the support member provided with a supported portion that is in contact with the support member, and a non-supported portion that is not in contact with the support member. A strain sensor is disposed on the non-supported portion.

In addition, in injections including a sequence of a preceding drive command pulse Pi1 and a subsequent drive command pulse Pi2, the control part acquires a preceding drive command pulse width Ti1 of the preceding drive command pulse Pi1 and a pulse interval Tint that is the time between the end time te1 of the preceding drive command pulse Pi1 and the start time ts2 of the subsequent drive command pulse Pi2, and corrects the subsequent drive command pulse width Ti2 of the subsequent drive command pulse Pi2 by using the preceding drive command pulse width Ti1 and the pulse interval Tint.

Abstract: A balancer apparatus equipped with an oil pump includes a pump housing including a pump containing chamber provided therein, a pump forming member contained in the pump containing chamber and configured to discharge oil introduced from an intake portion from a discharge portion to an oil passage of the internal combustion engine when a rotational force is transmitted thereto, a control oil chamber provided between the pump containing chamber and the pump forming member in a radial direction with respect to a rotational axis of the pump forming member and configured to change a hydraulic pressure of the oil to be discharged from the pump forming member with the aid of the oil introduced therein after being discharged from the discharge portion, passing through an oil passage of the internal combustion engine, and being subjected to a pressure adjustment, and a balancer housing including a bearing retainer portion configured to transmit the rotational force from the internal combustion engine to the pump forming member. The bearing retainer portion supports a balancer shaft disposed along the rotational axis of the pump forming member. The balancer housing is attached to the pump housing in a direction of the rotational axis of the pump forming member. The balancer apparatus equipped with the oil pump further includes a plurality of oil passage opening portions formed together on one side surface of the balancer housing and each connected to an oil passage connected to a main oil gallery of the internal combustion engine. The plurality of oil passage opening portions includes a discharge oil passage opening portion of a discharge oil passage connecting the discharge portion and the main oil gallery of the internal combustion engine to each other, a feedback oil passage opening portion of a feedback oil passage connecting the main oil gallery of the internal combustion engine and the control oil chamber to each other, and a bearing oil passage opening portion of a bearing oil passage connecting the main oil gallery of the internal combustion engine and the bearing retainer portion to each other.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a highly efficient and highly reliable rotary electric machine. A rotary electric machine includes: a stator around which a plurality of coils are wound; and a rotor which is supported to be freely rotatable with a predetermined gap with respect to the stator. The coil has at least one connection portion per turn in a slot of the stator. Conductors to be connected mutually have steps at the connection portion, and are fitted with other conductors so as to mutually fill the steps. The steps have contact surfaces that come into contact with each other in the slot to be electrically conducted. A thermally expandable sheet capable of pressurizing the coil in a radial direction of the stator is arranged in the slot.
