    Abstract: Useful data is transmitted to a terminal existing in a transportation vehicle. A communication apparatus installed in the transportation vehicle and configured to transmit the data to the terminal existing in the transportation vehicle includes a data selection unit and an illumination unit. The data selection unit acquires location information indicating a location of the transportation vehicle in which the terminal exists and which is traveling. Based on the acquired location information, the data selection unit selects approaching-location data related to a location ahead of a current location of the transportation vehicle in a traveling direction from a plurality of pieces of data related to the location. The illumination unit transmits, as a modulated light signal, a signal comprising the approaching-location data.

    Abstract: A drive apparatus includes: a drive unit; a controller that obtains an application including a plurality of blocks, and executes the application to control the drive unit in accordance with the plurality of blocks; a first sensor; and a second sensor. Each of the plurality of blocks includes a parameter and an end condition. When, during execution of a first block, the first driving state detected by the first sensor meets the end condition of the first block and the second driving state detected by the second sensor meets a parameter change condition, the controller: changes the parameter of a second block that is executed after the first block; and controls the drive unit in accordance with the second block including the changed parameter.

The circuitry, in operation, determines a first transmission power for a first uplink signal and a second transmission power for a second uplink signal by prioritizing allocation of a transmission power to the second transmission power for the second uplink signal, responsive to, in a first transmission time interval (TTI) where the first uplink signal is transmitted, the second uplink signal being transmitted in a second TTI that is shorter than the first TTI.
