Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and indicating a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) repetition factor. The UE may transmit, and the base station may receive, a PUCCH that includes hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement feedback associated with the PDSCH. In some aspects, one or more instances of the PUCCH are transmitted across one or more uplink slots or sub-slots based at least in part on the PUCCH repetition factor indicated in the DCI. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration message configuring the UE to communicate coordinated transmissions with multiple transmission reception points (TRPs) using a first coordinated transmission mode of a set of different coordinated transmission modes. The UE may receive, based on the configuration message, downlink control information including at least one indicator and receive a first coordinated transmission communicated in accordance with the first coordinated transmission mode. The UE may transmit, in accordance with a feedback configuration corresponding to the at least one indicator and the first coordinated transmission mode, a feedback message for the first coordinated transmission to at least one of the multiple TRPs.

The UE may select a beta offset factor from the selected set according to a type of the UCI. The UE may multiplex the UCI with the data in an uplink communication on the PUSCH based at least in part on the selected beta offset factor. The UE may transmit the uplink communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may detect an error when decoding a data transmission received from a base station via a bandwidth part. Abstract: Aspects relate to radio link management for a first type of link that is a high reliability, low-latency communication link such as ultra-reliable, low-latency communication (URLLC). Radio link failure (RLF) of the link may be determined in a wireless device that then transmits a link recovery request (LRR) communicating the RLF and a request for link recovery to a network in a reserved resource in an uplink channel using a second type of link that does not have as high priority (e.g., not as high reliability or as low-latency) as the first type of link, such as enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB). The wireless device receives a grant of uplink resources from the network responsive to the LRR, where the uplink resources are used by the wireless device to transmit an RLF report to the network and are also of the second type of link.

Abstract: Techniques related to multi-layer wireless communications are disclosed. Some aspects of the disclosure relate to devices and methods for determining a transmission power boost for a phase-tracking reference signal (PT-RS). A wireless user equipment (UE) may map a multi-layer uplink transmission to a plurality of PT-RS ports by distributing the layers of the multi-layer uplink transmission among the plurality of PT-RS ports. The UE may determine a first transmission power boost for a first PT-RS port, and a second transmission power boost, different from the first transmission power boost, for a second PT-RS port. The UE may transmit a first PT-RS corresponding to the first PT-RS port utilizing the first transmission power boost, and the second PT-RS corresponding to the second PT-RS port, frequency division multiplexed with the first PT-RS, utilizing the second transmission power boost.
