    Abstract: A communications terminal includes an antenna Which includes a circuit hoard, a radiator, two feeds, and two coupling structures. The radiator is disposed around an outer edge of the circuit board, and a ring-shape slot is formed between the outer edge of the circuit board and the radiator. A first feed is electrically coupled to a first coupling structure, the first coupling structure is coupled to the radiator along one direction, and a current in a first polarization direction is formed on the circuit board by using the radiator and the ring-shape slot. A second feed is electrically coupled to a second coupling structure, the second coupling structure is coupled to the radiator along another direction, and a current in a second polarization direction is formed on the circuit board by using the radiator and the ring-shape slot. A specific included angle is formed between the above two directions.

    Abstract: A mobile terminal and a preinstalled application management method for a mobile terminal, where storage space of the mobile terminal includes at least one directory, and an installation package of at least one preinstalled application is stored in the at least one directory. The method includes starting the mobile terminal, scanning the at least one directory, and installing the installation package of the at least one preinstalled application in the at least one directory to generate a preinstalled application having user-level permission. Using the method and the mobile terminal, a preinstalled application can be uninstalled.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a synchronization signal carrying method and an apparatus. The synchronization signal carrying method in the present invention includes: determining, by first user equipment, a priority parameter of a synchronization signal; determining, by the first user equipment according to the priority parameter, a resource for carrying the synchronization signal, where a configuration of the resource indicates the priority parameter; and sending, by the first user equipment, the synchronization signal to second user equipment by using the resource, so that the second user equipment determines a synchronization signal for the second user equipment. The embodiments of the present invention enable a more flexible synchronization signal determining manner in a D2D communications system.
